Abstract: PURPOSE: A hypocaust with high heat efficiency is provided to improve heat efficiency and to be easily installed and removed. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(1) is made of metal with high heat conductivity, and has concave grooves(3) in which a hose(5) is laid, and reinforces(2) formed thereon to prevent bending of the heat sink. Joining holes(4) are formed on the heat sink to join the heat sink with another heat sink. Joining pins(23) are formed on the heat sink to be inserted to the joining holes. Cylindrical parts(6,12) have concave grooves supporting bending parts of the hose, and joining plates(7,13) formed thereon, and are inserted to both ends of the heat sink. Pins or the joining pins are inserted to holes(8,14) on the joining plates.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An application method and device of a valve is provided to save water, to cut down the cost of equipment, and to prevent diffusion of a bad smell in a sink. CONSTITUTION: A drainage passage(24) and a water passage(25) are formed to a water supply pipe(26) of the side of a body(1). A flow control bolt(23) is combined to the upper end of the water passage. A pipe(9) is connected at the bottom of a water supply pipe(28). A packing(15 ) is mounted on an annular projection(16) of the lower end of a piston(11), and a hilt(10) of a valve(8) is put on the packing and then a spring(14) is combined, with a fixing ring(12). The piston, having a U-packing(13) fitted into an uneven groove(36) of the upper end of the piston, is installed within the fresh valve body having a plane(39). A circular projection(33) having a drainage hole(38) and a drainage pipe(32) forming an outer brim(34) are combined to an internal thread of the lower end of the body. An O-ring(35) is fitted into the outer brim, and a packing(18) is put on the circular projection. A rotating shaft(31) of push rods(20,22) having O-rings(19) is mounted to holes(2,5) of a drainage pipe, and a handle(21) is fixed to the end of the rotating shaft. A bolt of a drainage tank is fitted into an external thread of a water tank of a sink, and a nut having a hole is coupled. The lower end of a vertical drainage pipe is connected to the upper end of a drainage pipe, and a horizontal drainage pipe of the vertical drainage pipe is fitted into an overflow drainage hole of the water tank.

CONSTITUTION: A hole is perforated in the middle of a ceramic cylinder, and grips(5,78,62) and injection valves(4,77) are integrally formed with injection molding. Breakage from thermal expansion is prevented in injection molding with heating ceramic valves before injection. A ground ceramic packing(14) is inserted to the injection mold, and integrally formed with an injection packing(3) having a recess inserting an O-ring. Breakage from thermal expansion in injecting is prevented with heating the ceramic packing before injection molding, and the O-ring is inserted to the recess of the injection packing. A grip of the valve is opened and closed in rotating a turning pipe(42), and a valve is operated to shut off a water pipe with deforming a grip. Endurance is improved, and safety is enhanced with operating and closing the passage accurately.
