Abstract: An upright vacuum cleaner is provided to move the suction unit in the desired direction easily by displacing the center of mass of the main body in the rotation direction of the suction unit. An upright vacuum cleaner comprises a main body(10) including a suction motor and a dust collector unit, a suction unit(40) connected to the bottom of the main body, a handle(30) installed on the main body, and a steering unit(20) which displaces the center of mass of the main body in the rotation direction of the main body as the main body rotates right and left.

Abstract: An upright vacuum cleaner is provided to divert the inhalation path simply with attaching or detaching an extension tube to/from the socket of the body frame. Abstract: A semiconductor manufacture apparatus and a dummy wafer used therein are provided to accurately and promptly set height and horizontal of a nozzle by employing a sensor provided on the dummy wafer. A wafer is placed on a supporting member(110). A nozzle member(120) is located above the supporting member to spray chemicals to the wafer. Abstract: 집진실에 잔류된 오물을 간편하게 제거할 수 있는 진공청소기의 보조 집진장치 및 이를 이용한 집진실 청소방법이 개시된다. 개시된 본 발명에 의한 진공청소기의 집진장치는, 집진실과 모터실을 가지는 진공청소기에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 것으로서, 플랙시블 호스, 집진실과 모터실 사이에 착탈가능하게 설치되며, 플랙시블 호스가 결합되는 필터홀더를 구비하는 메인 프레임 및 필터홀더에 설치되는 필터부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이상과 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 보조 집진장치를 이용하여 사용자가 집진실을 간편하게 청소할 수 있으므로 사용자 편이성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 사용자가 집진실을 청소하기 위해 손으로 오물을 집어올릴 필요가 없기 때문에 위생적이다.
