The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for providing a three-dimensional video streaming service to a user terminal. User property information including eyesight information about a left eye and a right eye of a user is received from the user terminal. And the user property information is transmitted to the user terminal by improving the quality of either a left image or a right image according to the eyesight information. The method for providing the three-dimensional video streaming service includes the steps of: receiving the user property information including the eyesight information for the left eye and the right eye of the user from the user terminal; and transmitting the user property information to the user terminal.

PURPOSE: A signal transceiving method and an apparatus thereof are provided to increase the amount of transmitted data by easily performing a signal separation in a receiving side. CONSTITUTION: A first transmission processor(11) includes a S/P[Serial-to-Parallel] converting unit(110), a symbol mapping unit(111), an IFFT[inverse fast fourier transform] unit(112), a P/S[Parallel-to-Serial] converting unit(113), a scaling unit(114), and an angle modulating unit(115). The S/P converting unit converts inputted data into parallel data. The symbol mapping unit generates a symbol signal by mapping a symbol to the parallel data. The IFFT unit converts the symbol signal with IFFT. The P/S converting unit converts the IFFT-converted signal into a serial type signal. The scaling unit scales the serial type signal. The angle modulating unit modulates the scaled signal. A second transmission processor(12) includes a S/P converting unit(120), an IFFT unit(122), a P/S converting unit(123), a scaling unit(124), a phase adjusting unit(125), and an angle modulating unit(126). PURPOSE: A payload formatting and de-formatting method for the recovery of burst data loss are provided to improve performance as much as an XOR(eXclusive OR) coding gain, to offer a UEP(Unequal Error Protection) function providing resistance to loss, and to offer a seamless service by providing a method capable of recovering the most important data even when all the data in the GoP(Group of Picture) section are lost. CONSTITUTION: A payload formatting method implemented at a transmitter includes the following steps: a step of generating an XOR operation packet(S110), by executing XOR operations based on a base layer packet and one of the enhanced layer packets of a GoP containing the base layer packet and the enhanced layer packets; a step of adding the generated XOR operation packet to the GoP(S120); a step of removing the base layer packet from the GoP(S130); a step of generating an FEC(Forward Error Correction) packet of the GoP(S140), by adding base layer packets of the front and rear GoPs separated by a predefined time interval from the GoP, and executing FEC encoding; and a step of adding the generated FEC packet(S150). PURPOSE: A forward error correction control method in a multimedia packet transmission network is provided to offer a smooth forward error correction function between a transmission part and reception part by providing a kit header format. CONSTITUTION: An arrived MMT packet 1 adjusts length of an MMT packet to length of Smax by adding a D-layer packet header(121a), an MMT payload(121b) and a first size padding(121c). An arrived MMT packet 2 adjusts length of an MMT packet to length of Smax by adding a second size padding to the D-layer packet header and MMT payload. An arrived MMT packet k adjusts length of an MMT packet to length of Smax by adding a predetermined size padding to the D-layer packet header and MMT payload. PURPOSE: A re-transmitting and re-receiving method of a packet in an overlay network is provided to efficiently re-transmit a packet by preventing radio resources from being wasted in an overlay network for high speed and massive wireless telecommunication. CONSTITUTION: A first base station transmits a packet to a terminal and a second base station(S110). The second base station notifies the normal reception state of the packet to the terminal(S120). The terminal notifies the normal reception state of the packet to the first base station and the second base station(S130). The first base station and the second base station receiving an NACK(Negative Acknowledgement) signal from the terminal determines a base station which will take charge of retransmission. The first base station and the second base station performs retransmission according to the determination(S140).
