PURPOSE: A small base station device and cell searching method are provided to select one of base stations on a handover candidate list and to attempt handover when there is a handover event. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(202) collects system information of a neighboring cell through a plurality of mobile communication terminal. A control unit(200) inspects whether a mobile communications terminal(102) performs handover based on system information. In case the connection of the mobile communication terminal is allowed, the control unit registers the neighboring cell on a handover candidate list of the mobile communication terminal.

PURPOSE: A management apparatus and method thereof for supplying an operation control service are provided to operate a communication device based on the content of use specification such as operation planning, access right, and service coverage. CONSTITUTION: An internal use specification storing unit(124) stores internal use specification in a communication device. An operation control unit(122) reads out the internal use specification. The operation control unit operates the communication device according to the read use specification. The operation control unit receives a power off request from an external request device. The operation control unit turns off the communication device.

PURPOSE: A method of controlling interference between neighboring cells and an apparatus for managing interference are provided to dynamically manage neighboring cells in a circumference in which neighboring cell interference is changed temporally. CONSTITUTION: An interference control device(100) transfers a set of a decided radio resource attribute pattern to at least one cell managed by the interference control device. In addition, the interference control device transfers a function to at least one cell managed by the interference control device. The function maps a cell ID with the radio resource attribute pattern for each cell managed by the interference control device. The interference control device determines an optimal radio resource attribute pattern set by considering the circumference of the system.

PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal with control and measuring function is provided to improve utilization of mobile communication terminal of high function processor. CONSTITUTION: A sensor sensing external environment information is installed in a sensor unit(105). A reactor(106) comprises reaction unit corresponding to output signal of the mobile communication unit(100). An adaptor(104) is connected to be detachable and transmits and receives data through at least one of the sensor unit and the reactor and connector between the mobile communication unit. The external environment information comprises one or more information among the contact, sound, light, acceleration, a distance and temperature.

PURPOSE: A method for driving device manager in a mobile terminal is provided to drives management component by restarting in remote or itself from a SDR(Software Defined Radio) terminal based on SCA(Software Communication Architecture), thereby effectively manages resource. CONSTITUTION: A manager starting unit performs parsing of DCD(Device Configuration Descriptor) file(S200). If the SPD(Software Package Descriptor) file does not exist in the DCD file, the SDR terminal obtains the object reference value of pre-driven domain manager in a naming service unit(S210,S220). The SDR terminal registers the device manager to relevant domain manager through the obtained object reference value of the domain manager(S230). The SDR terminal registers the device administrator in the naming service unit(S240).

CONSTITUTION: An event rule database(220) copies an event signal of an event producer. The event rule database stores an event rule. An event management unit(200) updates an event rule table through the event rule of the event regulation database. The event rule table is recorded inside a domain. An even relay unit(180) copies the event signal of the event producer based on the event rule table.

A mobile communications unit(15) receives a broadcast message. The broadcast message includes software update information for updating software of the mobile communication terminal. A download control unit(17) decides the download of the update software, compared with the broadcast message and information of the information storage unit.

An image recognition control method supplying an image recognition service by downloading an image recognition component program through middleware suitable for a user terminal is provided to supply additional visual information by transmitting the processed image by performing image processing in a server through a camera of the mobile terminal. Image information is received from a user terminal. The image processing of the image information is performed by using a first image recognition component by use frequency. The image-processed data is transmitted to the user terminal. The image recognition control method supplies an image recognition service by downloading an image recognition component program through middleware.

A port setting method of an application system which selects an efficient protocol according to the actual location of each component is provided to improve data transmission performance and efficiency when performing SCA(Software Communications Architecture) port communication. A component B selects a first protocol based on local IPC(Inter-Processor Communication)(S150). The component B receives destination information by port of the component A(S170). The component B sets up the connection with its own data input/output port based on the destination information(S180). The component B transmits and receives data through the set up connection(S190).
