Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a tire, by and with which both of working efficiency and the commercial value of the product tire can be easily improved, while reducing the equipment cost.SOLUTION: A covered rubber layer 14 is cut and removed by using a cutter 35 while relatively rotating the cutter 35 and a vulcanized tire 11, so that a different-color rubber layer 13 is exposed. The cutting speed is made higher than the grinding speed by a grindstone to easily improve the working efficiency when the covered rubber layer 14 is removed. Since chips produced when the covered rubber layer 14 is cut are thin rubber ribbons and ribbon pieces, a large-scale dust collector is not required and the equipment cost can be reduced. Since the exposed surface of the different-color rubber layer 13 is a cut surface by the cutter 35, the exposed surface has a certain degree of glossiness and the commercial value can be improved.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove an annular member after vulcanization from a rigid core without causing any damage. SOLUTION: A part of the annular outer periphery of the rigid core 30 is provided with a displacement member 33 displaced in a diameter enlarging direction. An annular unvulcanized rubber member is disposed on the outer periphery of the rigid core 30, and the unvulcanized rubber member disposed at the rigid core 30 is vulcanized to manufacture the annular member. The displacement member 33 is displaced in the diameter enlarging direction from the outer periphery of the rigid core 30 to enlarge the diameter of a part of the outer periphery of the rigid core 30 with the annular member arranged, and the annular member is stripped from the rigid core 30 to remove the annular member from the outer periphery of the rigid core 30. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely butt the ends of a rubber member against each other with a simple constitution in the manufacture of a joining rubber member. SOLUTION: A pair of the attracting members 61 and 62 of a butting means 60 is closed, so that both ends 71 and 72 of the rubber member 70 are caught therebetween. A positioning member 63 fixed to the attracting member 61 is arranged between the ends 71 and 72. A pair of the attracting members 61 and 62 is slid along the caught ends 71 and 72. By a plurality of guide grooves formed in each catching surface of the attracting members 61 and 62, the ends 71 and 72 are guided in the attraction direction and attracted to each other. While both ends 71 and 72 attracted by the attracting members 61 and 62 are brought into contact with the positioning member 63 and positioned, the ends 71 and 72 of the rubber member 70 are butted and joined together. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the flow of tire composing rubber during the vulcanization of the rubber, to improve the accuracy of member arrangement after the vulcanization, and to prevent the occurrence of a crack etc., by securing a gage in the groove bottom of a recess corresponding to the projection of a mold. SOLUTION: In a method for molding an unvulcanized rubber tire having the base rubber 4 and skin rubber 2 of a tire formed by laminating ribbon-shaped rubber, the ribbon-shaped rubber is extruded while a rubber extruder moves relatively in the rotary shaft direction of a support. The extruded ribbon-shaped rubber is laminated on the support in a shape 6 corresponding to the uneven shape of the mold to form the base rubber 4 and laminated further on the formed base rubber 4 in a shape corresponding to the uneven shape of the mold to form the skin rubber 2. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of a pressurizing medium from a cavity inside without forming a green tire in larger volume or using an additional seal member in vulcanization of the green tire in a core vulcanizing mold. SOLUTION: The green tire 5 formed in the same size (volume) as usual is thermally inflated to a predetermined volume, which allows to seal a gap part in a fitting section between a core 21 and a mold, by preheating in lump with the core 21 in a preheater beforehand vulcanizing in a tire manufacturing equipment. Meanwhile, the predetermined volume is set out, for example, by experimentally producing a finished tire in a vulcanizer and using a pressure value in a cavity 41 detected by a pressure sensor 42 at the time of trial production. The preheating condition of the preheater is set out based on the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 42, and the preheater performs preheating until the green tire 5 thermally expands to the predetermined volume. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a green tire which supplies a sufficient amount of a rubber material to a gear pump irrespective of the delivery capacity of the gear pump and does not cause the problem of product quality. SOLUTION: When ribbon-shaped unvulcanized rubber strips are wound overlie a molding drum to mold the green tire, texture rubber 5 supplied through the refining process is charged in a warming cold tuba 1, and warmed rubber material is extruded from a nozzle 8 while foreign matters in the rubber are removed. The extruded rubber material 9 is supplied to the gear pump 3 through a temperature-adjusted conveyer 2, and the ribbonlike rubber strips 13 which are discharged from the gear pump 3 and molded are wound onto the molding drum 4 to overlie it. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize the suppression of the deformation of a ribbon-shaped rubber sheet caused by the thermal expansion of air mixed between the layers of the rubber sheet, the suppression of gas generation from chemicals incorporated into the rubber sheet, and the suppression of the thermal degradation of a bladder when a tire constituting member is molded by laminating the rubber sheet on a rotary support. SOLUTION: A tread member 32 is laminated on the outside in the drum radius direction of a belt member 31 by being extruded from a ribbon-shaped rubber sheet extruder. The pressure of air A 1 supplied into internal piping 19 through piping 3 is set to be higher than the relief pressure of a relief valve 5. The air A 1 cools a center bladder 18 and a laminate made of the tire constituting member and the ribbon-shaped rubber sheet arranged on the peripheral side of the center bladder 18 through the center bladder 18. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a device for sticking a ply cord to an outer surface side of a rigid body core and to facilitate shortening of a time of sticking action and accurate tension control in order to manufacture a pneumatic tire having a structure clamping an end of a carcass ply in a bead wire structure body. SOLUTION: Both ends of a cord C cut to constant length are retained by finger chucks 10A, 10B and tracks of hands 8A and 8B and the cord C are varied as shown by D 1 -D 7 , F 1 -F 7 and C 1 -C 8 respectively. Upon reaching the positions of D 4 and F 4 , plastic deformation tools 16A, 16B are operated to bend the cord C. Upon reaching the positions of D 7 and F 7 , pressing members 11A, 11B are advanced to press both ends of the cord C to a bead part 25 of the core rigid body 22 and the finger chucks 10A, 10B are opened to release the cord C.
