Abstract:
A medicine feeding device is configured by providing a first rotor that rotates around a first shaft, a second rotor that rotates around a second shaft, a partition wall extending from the second rotor towards the first rotor, a medicine discharge port provided on the outside of the second rotor, a medicine guide section located in the downstream of a movement section in the medicine transport direction, and a height regulator disposed between the movement section and medicine guide section. In addition, the width regulator that is disposed between the medicine guide section and the height regulator is further provided. Also, a medicine counting device is further provided with a medicine detection means for detecting the medicine that is supplied from the medicine discharge port, and a counting means (central control unit) for counting the medicines based on the detection performed by the medicine detection means.
Abstract:
A medicine counting device including a rotary container broadening radially in an upward direction and configured to rotate around an axis of the rotary container; a guide member fixed with a predetermined gap on a top surface side of the rotary container, spirally extending from the central portion towards an outer circumference of the rotary container, and configured to guide a medicine moved by a rotation of the rotary container from the central portion towards the outer circumference of the rotary container. The medicine counting device further includes a detector provided outside of the rotary container and a regulator configured to feed a medicine having been moved to the outer circumference and being in contact with the guide member towards the detector but returns the medicines which are not being in contact with the guide member to the central portion side of the rotary container by overpassing the guide member.

Abstract:
A dispensing apparatus for dispensing articles includes a housing and a drive system. The housing defines a hopper chamber to hold the articles, a dispensing outlet, and a dispensing path between the hopper chamber and the dispensing outlet. The drive system includes a belt and a belt actuator operable to drive the belt. The dispensing apparatus is configured such that articles disposed in the hopper chamber are directed onto the belt and the belt, when driven by the belt actuator, conveys the articles received from the hopper chamber in a dispensing direction along the dispensing path toward the dispensing outlet to be dispensed.
Abstract:
This device feeds and sorts tablets or small parts from a common hopper to a product count sensor head. Two parallel feed rolls and two transport rollers rotate together on an adjustable incline. The feed rolls are positioned above the transport rolls. The rotation direction of each feed and transport roller can vary along with its speed. As the feed rollers rotate the feeding threads will push out the product from the hopper and drop the product onto the transport rollers which will sort them along the length of the transport rollers. As the roller angle increases so does the product feed rate.

Abstract:
A supply station of articles to a plurality of channels opening above a continuous blister strip, of a type comprising supply organs for containing the articles and for dispensing the articles towards conveying means located downstream, which conveying means select and direct the articles in an ordered fashion in an advancement direction towards mouths afforded in the plurality of channels; collection and transfer means, functionally associated to the mouths and receiving and collecting excess articles which accumulate at the mouths, and transferring the excess articles upstream of the mouths, in proximity of a predetermined first zone of the conveying means. In particular the station comprises: directing organs interposed between the supply organs and the conveying organs to release the articles on the conveying organs, in proximity of the first zone; detecting and control organs for detecting a presence or absence of articles and/or excess articles on at least a second zone of the conveying means adjacent to the first zone and for at least temporarily inhibiting the directing organs with a consequent at least temporary interruption of release of the articles by the directing organs in relation to a quantity of articles and/or excess articles present in the second zone, in order to prevent an excess of the articles on the conveying means.
Abstract:
A test object carrying device for use in an appearance inspection device for checking the appearance of the test objects, which includes a back/front reversal means 23 for turning over the test objects being conveyed by the forward conveying means 21 and supplying them to the returning means 22a; the back/front reversal means is provided with a first drum 231a for rotating and conveying the test objects being conveyed by the forward conveying means 21 while holding the test objects on the peripheral surface thereof, and a second drum 232 for rotating and conveying the test objects being conveyed by the first drum 231a while holding the test objects on the peripheral surface thereof; wherein at least one of the first drum 231a and the second drum 232 is structured so that the test objects are transferred in parallel to the forward conveying means 21 and returning means 22a by rotating and conveying the test objects while holding them on the peripheral surface thereof. This carrying device makes it possible to convey the test objects in such a manner that the appearance of the test objects can be reliable and readily inspected.
Abstract:
A method for accepting a first number m1 of objects, more particularly pharmaceutical products, from a supplying device and for transferring a second number m2 of objects to a receiving device, and also a device for carrying out such a method, where prior to the transferal of the second number m2 of objects the objects are allowed to accumulate or are stored in a maximum amount equal to from one to ten times the second number m2 and preferably in a maximum amount equal to from three to five times the second number m, and accepting, in-process monitoring, temporary storage, and transfer of objects are carried out within a specified radius about a pivot axis, which radius does not exceed from one to fifteen times the greatest width of the objects and preferably does not exceed from four to six times the greatest width of the objects.
