A buffer which can achieve a buffering effect corresponding to the speed of a sliding door is provided. Corresponding to the abutment force of an engagement pin 3 which is on a sliding door 2 with respect to a retaining recessed portion 67 of a hook body 61 which is slidably provided in a case body, an engagement stepped portion 71 of the hook body 61 presses a pressing member 44, and a brake pad 47 of the pressing member 44 and a brake pad 39 of a slider 31 come into sliding contact with a brake plate 28.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing door device convenient in opening/closing operation with the space-saving constitution of a drive source. SOLUTION: The opening/closing door device comprises a movement support part 41 provided to move in the width direction of an opening relative to an immobile part, and a door body 11 supported by the movement support part 41 to turn in a direction to intersect the opening, and opens/closes the opening by the movement and turning of the door body 11. The immobile part is provided with a stator 49a, and the movement support part 41 is provided with a movable element 49b to constitute a linear motor 49. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door supporter easily adjusting the accuracy of fittings of a door by anyone without damaging the appearance of the door. SOLUTION: The door supporter has a frame mounting frame 11 fixed to the upper section of an opening frame, a frame-side connecting member 12 rotatably connected to the member 11 and a door-side connecting member 13 connected to a rotating shaft 4a for an automatic return device 4 detachably connected to the member 12 and buried to the upper section of the door while having a body of revolution 15 eccentrically installed to the member 11 and a depth adjusting hole 12a abutted against at least a part of the body of revolution 15 and bored to the member 12 so as to house the whole of the body of revolution 15. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening and closing device wherein a sliding door panel can be opened and closed smoothly together with a hinged door panel and an excessive force is not required to apply to the center of rotation of the hinged door panel. SOLUTION: A hinged door 5 is supported so as to be opened and closed by axial support parts 4 provided repectively on the top frame 2 on one side of the open frame 1 and an axial support part 4 disposed on the bottom frame 3 of the frame 1. And a sliding door panel 7 is slidably supported by the panel 5 so that the panel 7 can be protruded and retracted from the open/closure side end 6 of the panel 5. And a stopper 9 is provided at each of the top and bottom parts of the retractive side end of the panel 7 so that the stopper 9 is releasably fitted in the part 4 so as to be rotatable.

A lifting system (11) for a liftable sliding leaf (10) comprises a lifting mechanism (16) which can be connected to a top part (12a) of the leaf (10), said lifting mechanism (16) being able to move between a first configuration and a second configuration where the leaf may slide or be locked, and a control member (12), which can be located on the fixed frame of the door and can be connected to the lifting mechanism (16) so as to switch it between the two configurations.

Summary of the invention is characterized in that a magnetic joint consists of at least two parts, wherein one of each part is constituted by a set of magnetically active elements and pole concentrators of magnetically reactive material or magnetically passive elements. At least one of the parts of the magnetic joint comprises at least one magnetically active element. Each part of the magnetic joint is integral to the associated element. At least two associated elements roll or slip to each other without their separation and these parts are mutually attracted by magnetic force.
