Abstract: The invention relates to a bidirectional drive for rotating in the one or the other direction of drive a drive wheel which is linked with an adjusting device. The bidirectional drive includes a drive lever which can be rotated about a drive axis, starting from an initial position, in the one or the other direction. The lever is linked with a coupling element for expanding a spring element that is at least partially supported by the cylindrical drive surface of the drive wheel and that entrains the drive wheel in the peripheral direction when the drive lever is moved away from the initial position, while the spring element is no longer supported by the cylindrical drive surface of the drive wheel and the drive wheel is not entrained when the drive lever is returned to the initial position. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a clutch spring in an axially compact double spring-type one-way clutch.SOLUTION: An inner cylinder 11 is disposed in an inward flange 4 of an outer ring 1 that is supported so as to be rotatable around a rotating shaft 21. A small-diameter coil spring 34 is fitted to a cylindrical outer diameter face 21a of the rotating shaft 21 with an interference therebetween, and when the outer ring 1 rotates in a direction opposite to a winding direction of a large-diameter coil spring 32, diameters of the large-diameter coil spring 32 and the small-diameter coil spring 34 are reduced to transmit the rotation of the outer ring 1 to the rotating shaft 21. A continuing part 33 in a clutch spring 31 is formed in an inward spiral having the same winding direction as that of the large-diameter coil spring 32, and thereby, when rotational torque is transmitted from the outer ring 1 to the rotating shaft 21, the continuing part 33 is prevented from being loaded with large stress, and consequently, the durability of the clutch spring is improved.
