Abstract:
A kit and method for minimizing the chance of a short circuit during servicing of a signal tap. The kit includes a pair of insertion tools. Each insertion tool includes a shaft dimensioned to be received within a plug port of the tap and a slot extending along its length. The kit further includes a pair of external insulator strips, each having an insertion portion configured to be positionable within the shaft slot. To prepare the tap for servicing, each insertion tool is positioned in a respective plug port. An external insulator strip is positioned in and moved along the respective slot to a position that isolates the contact terminals and reduces the risk of a short circuit. In taps including an internal bypass switch, the kit may further include a pair of internal insulator strips which are positioned between the bypass switch ends and the tap housing.
Abstract:
A fixed insulator includes a plurality of first fixing grooves disposed along an arrangement direction in which a plurality of contacts are arranged, and partition walls each disposed between two adjacent contacts. A movable insulator includes a plurality of second fixing grooves disposed along the arrangement direction. The contacts each include a first base portion supported by a corresponding one of the first fixing grooves, a second base portion supported by a corresponding one of the second fixing grooves, a first arm portion connected to the first base portion and disposed between two corresponding adjacent ones of the partition walls, and a second arm portion connected to the first arm portion and the second base portion. A largest width of the first arm portion is smaller than a largest width of the second arm portion.
Abstract:
A connector unit includes a connector mounting member having a mounting hole, and a connector passed through the mounting hole and attached to the connector mounting member. The connector includes a terminal portion to which another connector is configured to be connected, and a hook portion engaged with an edge portion of the mounting hole. The connector mounting member includes a panel portion on which the mounting hole is formed, an extending portion extending from the panel portion along an inserting direction of the another connector with respect to the connector, and a regulating portion projected from the extending portion at a position abutting against or close to an end portion opposite to the terminal portion of the connector in the inserting direction. A distance between the regulating portion and the panel portion is shorter than a distance between the terminal portion of the connector and the end portion.
Abstract:
A connector seizure member for providing a connector with enhanced mechanical performance during assembly and/or operation may include a seizure member having a forward facing surface that includes an forward extending housing engaging portion that is configured to be received in an seizure member engaging portion in an inner wall of a first connector assembly portion before a second housing portion is threadedly coupled with the first connector assembly portion so as to prevent the seizure member from becoming marred or deformed by being rotating relative to the first connector assembly portion when the second housing portion is threadedly coupled with the first connector assembly portion and enhance mechanical performance of the connector during assembly and/or operation of the hardline connector.
Abstract:
The invention provides an audio-video conversion device, relating to the field of TV, through converting the LVDS and/or V-by-One input port in the display into an HDMI port to make the display match the widely used HDMI audio-video processing device, so as to improve the flexibility of its adaptation; meanwhile, because the audio-video conversion device directly convert the TV signal in HDMI format into TV signal in LVDS and/or V-by-One format and then send it to the play device for playing, therefore there is no need to provide traditional LVDS chip and/or V-by-One chip on the display panel, and supports relatively high frequency to match frequency division and the frequency conversion of the screen, and then achieve the best image quality.
Abstract:
The present embodiment may comprise a lens unit; a first housing coupled to the lens unit; a first substrate unit which has an image sensor mounted thereon and is accommodated in the first housing; a second housing which is coupled to the first housing and has flexibility on at least a partial area thereof; and a second substrate unit which is accommodated in the second housing and is electrically connected to the first substrate unit.
Abstract:
The separating television provided in the present invention relates to the field of television and through independently configuring the master control module and the screen terminal module in the television, the screen terminal module is mainly used to play the audio and video data and control the playing, and the master control module is mainly used to receive and process the audio and video data; the master control module and the screen terminal module are independently configured in physical structure, thus allows users to carry out the operations like repair, maintenance, upgrade and replacement on them independently; especially for the extreme unmatched upgrade speed between the screen terminal device and the master control device in the field of the television, the separating television disclosed in the present application can upgrade each separate unit according to individual requirements, thus effectively reduces the upgrading cost of televisions.
Abstract:
F-type right angle jack of tap assembly manufactured in a few steps lowering signal loss ratio comprises a bayonet mount, a male connector axially disposed inside the bayonet mount, a right angle connector is in-line coupled to the male connector, a cubic coupling box, corner legs of a metallic frame inserted onto printed circuit board (PCB). The coupling box is directly formed between the bayonet mount and the male connector by injection molding. The coupling box wraps around a tapered tube of the bayonet mount filled with insulation material. A joint of the right angle connector and the male connector is wrapped around by the coupling box, but a proximal end of the right angle connector is exposed outside the coupling box. And a metallic frame squarish in shape formed by stamping and bending is wrapped around the coupling box to facilitate coaxial cable carries signals without loss.
Abstract:
A telecommunications apparatus for use with a plug having at least first, second and third pins. The telecommunications apparatus includes a plug connector for receiving the plug. The plug connector includes at least first, second and third electrical contacts for electrically contacting the first, second and third pins, respectively, when the plug is inserted in the plug connector. The plug connector also includes an electrical by-pass pathway that: i) electrically connects the first and second electrical contacts when the plug is fully removed from the plug connector such that a signal can enter the plug connector through the first contact, pass through the by-pass pathway to the second contact, and exit the plug connector through the second contact; and ii) does not electrically connect the first and second electrical contacts when the plug is fully inserted within the plug connector such that a signal can enter the plug connector through the first contact, pass through the plug to the second contact, and exit the plug connector through the second contact.
