    Abstract: A digital signal processor is designed to channelize an input signal, and includes a channelizer circuit and a plurality of tuning modules. The channelizer circuit is designed to receive an input signal having a first bandwidth and to channelize the input signal into a first set of channels each having a bandwidth smaller than the first bandwidth as a first output signal and to channelize the input signal into a second set of channels having a bandwidth smaller than the first bandwidth as a second output signal. The plurality of tuning modules are designed to receive one or more channels from the first output signal or the second output signal and to further downsample the one or more channels to a user-defined bandwidth at a user-defined center frequency. Each of the plurality of tuning modules include a plurality of FIR filter blocks and a memory having a plurality of FIR filter coefficients.

    Abstract: The present system estimates target motion with nonzero acceleration (including maneuvering uncertainty) using angle only (AO) measurements. The present approach employs a mixed coordinate system framework by combining modified spherical coordinate (MSC) system and Reference Cartesian Coordinate (RCC) system to keep accurate information flowing from one frame to the other while eliminating the numerical sensitivity of the angle measurements to the TSE vector. This integrated coordinate systems framework is achieved due to the state vector information of two frames (RCC and MSC) is effectively preserved between processing cycles and state vector transformation steps. The AO TSE architecture and processing schemes are applicable to a wide class of passive sensors. The mixed coordinate system provides robust real-time slant range estimation in a bootstrap fashion, thus turning passive AO measurements into equivalent active sensor measurements with built-in recursive range information but with greatly improved TSE accuracy.

    Abstract: A frequency multiplier, which may include multiple commutator cells, for multiplying an input signal is provided. A frequency doubler is provided that includes at least one transformer. Each of the at least one transformer includes a primary and a secondary. Each secondary includes a center tap. The frequency doubler further includes at least one commutator cell. Each of the at least one commutator cell includes a first differential pair of input terminals and a second differential pair of input terminals. Each primary is connected to the first pair of differential input terminals and each secondary is connected to the second differential pair of input terminals. The frequency doubler further includes at least one current source and at least one ground. The center tap is connected to the at least one ground via the at least one current source.

    Abstract: A navigation system for a swarm of guided projectiles, such as cruise missiles, having three or more projectiles launched at a target is provided. The projectiles can be in secure communication with one another and can operate as a single swarm using a fusion of angle of arrival and time difference of arrival of a detected signal to direct the projectiles to a point of impact on a target that is offset from an emitter generating the detected signal. The projectiles can further use knowledge of their relative position to maintain and/or adjust their flight path and/or speed to maintain their course to the point of impact in areas of GPS denial or unavailability.

    Abstract: An antenna receiver has antenna elements that are arranged in an array and spaced apart from each other at a distance greater than one-half wavelength of the highest operating frequency of a signal that is to be detected by the antenna receiver. The antenna receiver has geolocation logic that uses the interelement phase difference measurements to obtain a location of the signal source. The change in the inter-element phase differences enables the elements to be spaced apart at great distances, which is beneficial for the physical construction of the platform, as the elements may be easily placed at convenient locations for conformal aerodynamic properties.
