PURPOSE: A PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) nanofiber film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to express excellent mechanical actuation based on high content of beta crystalline, 60 mC/m^2 of remnant polarization and piezoelectricity. CONSTITUTION: A nanofiber film includes polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) and carbon nanotube. In the nanofiber film, the PDVF and carbon nanotube are electrically emitted. The nanofiber film is manufactured by one or more of drawing and poling. The content of the carbon nanotube is 0.01-1.0 wt% based on the weight of the PVDF. The carbon nanotube is multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT). The carbon nanotube is manufactured by introducing carboxylic acid group by one or more methods selected from a group consisting of heat treatment, acid treatment and ultrasonication.

The average particle diameter of the fine particulate soil is 10 um or less. The average molecular weight of the polyvinyl alcohol is 170,000-270,000(g/mol). The weight ratio of the fine particulate soil and polyvinyl alcohol is 5-100:1.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition includes oxygen dissolved water as an active ingredient. The vegetable extract containing seaweeds extract or sulforaphane are included as an active ingredient. 0.1-80 weight% of the oxygen dissolved water is included based on the total weight. 0.001-10 weight% of the seaweeds extract is included based on the total weight. 0.001-10 weight% of the vegetable extract is included based on the total weight of the composition. The oxygen dissolved water contains 20-200 ppm of dissolved oxygen. The oxygen dissolved water is manufactured by injecting oxygen into deep sea water, glacier, subsurface water, thermal waters or distilled water using an oxygenator for 1-10 times for 10-120 minutes at the pressure of 1-10kg/cm2. CONSTITUTION: An emulsification stabilized cosmetic composition contains 0.1-2.0 wt% of natural inorganic tackifier and 0.05-0.5 wt% of anionic surfactant. The natural inorganic tackifier is magnesium silicate, magnesium aluminum silicate, sodium magnetsium silicate, or bentonite. The anionic surfactant is sodium stearoyl glutamate, potassium cetylphosphate, or mixture thereof. The natural inorganic tackifier and anionic surfactant stabilizes skin active ingredients such as oleanolic acid, enzyme-treated red ginseng saponin, or Rheum coreanum extracts.
