Abstract: 본 발명은 무선 휴대 인터넷 시스템에서의 비정상 단말 검색 및 해제 방법, 그리고 그 장치에 관한 것이다.
상기 장치는 단말의 주기적인 레인징을 이용하여, 상기 레인징시 제공되는 레인징 코드를 토대로 비정상 단말을 포함하는 비정상 그룹을 검색하고, 검색된 비정상 그룹에 포함되는 단말들에게만 동작 상태를 확인하기 위한 접속 유지 메시지를 송신하여 비정상 단말을 검색한다. 그리고 비정상 단말들에 대한 접속을 해제한다.
따라서, 비정상 단말에 대하여 부여되는 무선 자원의 낭비를 방지하고 자원을 보다 효율적으로 사용할 수 있다. 또한 비정상 그룹으로 판단된 그룹의 단말에 대해서만 2차 검색을 수행함으로써, 비정상 단말을 검색하는데 따라 발생될 수 있는 시스템 부하를 방지할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A location information providing method in a wireless communication system is provided to effectively and rapidly supply location information if a terminal is an idle state. CONSTITUTION: A LBS(Location Based Service) control information includes a type of wireless location method which determines a terminal location.
