Apparatus (1) for feeding pouches (102) and their respective spouts (103) to a rotary machine (R) for the processing of the same, comprising at least one magazine (2) for the pouches (102) and at least one magazine (3) for the spouts (103). The apparatus (1) originally comprises a handling unit (4) designed to pick up a pouch (102) and a spout (103) from their respective magazines (2, 3) and feed them simultaneously, and in continuous mode, to the rotary machine (R) that processes them. Said handling unit (4) comprises the means for picking up a pouch (102) and the means for picking up a spout (103). Abstract:
Method and system for transferring packages to outer packaging. These packages are flexible packages such as bags made of film or foil material filled with a fluid. According to the invention it is proposed to place these bags at an angle when introducing into an outer packaging such as a box. A subsequent layer is preferably also placed at an angle and more particularly in a direction opposed to that of the first layer of packages.

A method for transferring pouches for containing products comprising the following steps: i) gripping two corresponding flaps of a pouch by means of first and second gripping means (11, 12); ii) transferring said pouch between a first turntable (100) and a second conveyor (20); one out of the first turntable (100) and the second conveyor (20) comprising the first and second gripping means (11, 12) for gripping corresponding flaps of the pouch, the other comprising third and fourth gripping means (21, 22) for gripping the pouch. The step of transferring the pouch between the first turntable (100) and the second conveyor (20) comprises the sub-steps of: - gripping the pouch (4) by means of the third gripping means (21); - releasing the first gripping means (11) that are gripping the pouch (4); - gripping the pouch (4) by means of the fourth gripping means (22); - releasing the second gripping means (12) that are gripping the pouch (4); the steps of gripping the pouch (4) by means of the fourth gripping means (22) and releasing the second gripping means (12) taking place after the step of gripping the pouch (4) by means of the third gripping means (21) and the step of releasing the first gripping means (11).

The invention relates to a storage device (3), for bags or tube sections, generally introduced to the storage device (3) in stacks, whereby the storage device (3) comprises at least two levels (16), in which the bags or tube sections (8) are stored and a first transport system, for transporting the bags or tube sections (8) into the levels (16) and a second transport system (14, 22), for the introduction or removal of bags or tube sections (8) to or from the levels (16). The first transport system comprises endlessly-circulating transport elements (18).

Conveyor assembly for packagings, comprising a substantially horizontally conveying conveyor (2). Situated near the delivery end of said conveyor is a bearing plate (13), which when the pack moves onto it moves further substantially at the same speed as the conveyor into an accommodation in which the pack has to be placed. When the pack is entirely clear of the conveyor, the bearing plate is moved back so fast that the pack, through its inertia and through its speed of displacement, does not move back and comes to a standstill, so that it is subsequently received in the accommodation.

A packaging bag arranging apparatus constructed so that, even when a plurality of packaging bags (3) in which a material is sealed are arranged so as to overlap one another and then transferred, the rearmost packaging bag does not fall rearward, the apparatus being adapted to enable the overlapping amount of each packaging bag to be suitably regulated. This apparatus is provided with aligning and transfer means (5, 30, 43) for laying a rear portion of a preceding packaging bag (3-1) over the upper side of a front portion of a subsequent packaging bag (3-2) while transferring the bags (3), and overlapping amount regulating means (51, 52, 53) for regulating the amount by which the adjacent packaging bags overlap each other, by regulating the transfer rate of the packaging bags (3) driven by the arranging and transfer means (5, 30, 43).
