보수 및 유지관리의 경우에 주로 사용되는 부식방지 강 파이프 보호용 감압 테이프는 하기 조성의 니트릴 고무계 접착제가 라미네이팅된 비닐 베이스 테이프를 포함한다: 약 30.7 내지 약 34.0% (w/w)의 고체 부타디엔 아크릴로니트릴 고무 (NBR); 약 0.57 내지 약 0.63% (w/w)의 산화방지제; 약 9.7 내지 약 12.9% (w/w)의 탄화수소 수지; 약 1.52 내지 약 1.68% (w/w)의 산화아연; 약 8.7 내지 약 9.5% (w/w)의 액체 부타디엔 아크릴로니트릴 고무 (NBR); 약 4.0 내지 약 4.4% (w/w)의 알루미늄 하이드로실리케이트; 약 5.5 내지 약 7.5% (w/w)의 다이아이소노닐 프탈레이트; 약 0.66 내지 약 0.74% (w/w)의 카본 블랙; 약 1.5 내지 약 1.7% (w/w)의 비정질 실리카; 및 약 25.8 내지 약 38.8% (w/w)의 탄산마그네슘 및 탄산칼슘. 본 테이프는 불규칙한 표면에 대한 우수한 정합 능력, 우수한 탄성, 우수한 내충격성, 탁월한 파이프 접착성 및 우수한 캐소드 탈착을 나타낸다. 본 테이프는 이상적으로는 파이프와 테이프의 접착제 부분 사이의 접착성을 개선하는 프라이머와 함께 사용된다.

본 발명은 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트 및 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산을 함유하는 단관능 단량체 혼합물과, 다관능 단량체를 유화 중합하여 얻어지는 아크릴계 공중합체 (A), 그리고 점착 부여 수지 (B) 를 함유하는 에멀션형 점착제 조성물로서, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트와 부틸아크릴레이트의 질량비 (2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트/부틸아크릴레이트) 가 0.6 ∼ 2.5 이고, 상기 점착 부여 수지 (B) 의 연화점이 130 ∼ 180 ℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션형 점착제 조성물, 및 이 점착제 조성물을 사용하는 재박리성 점착 시트이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 조면에 대해서도 높은 점착력을 갖고, 또한 충분한 응집력을 갖는 점착제 조성물과, 이 점착제 조성물을 사용하는 재박리성 점착 시트가 제공된다.

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition for a polaroid film is provided to reduce the curing time of an adhesive, and to prevent the degradation of durability, adhesive property, and light source property of the adhesive. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition contains 89.20-89.90 wt% of main component, 2 wt% of terpene resin which is a tackifier, 6.6-6.8 wt% of mixed curing agent, and 1.3-2.0 wt% of silane additive. The mixed curing agent contains 6 wt% of isocyanate curing agent, 0.4 wt% of epoxy curing agent, and 0.2-0.4 wt% of metallic acetylacetonate curing agent. The main component contains 25-30 wt% of butylacetate, 0.5-1 wt% of 4-hydrobutyl acrylate, 2-3 wt% of acrylic acid, 2-12 wt% of methyl acrylate, 5-25 wt% of acetoacetoxyethyl acrylate, and 50 wt% of ethylacetate. PURPOSE: A silicone lacquer coating agent for a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film viscosity process is provided to remarkably remove poison oak toxicity by including urushiol extract from a reaction of anhydrous organic acid with a coating layer and an adhesion layer. CONSTITUTION: A silicone lacquer coating agent for a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film viscosity process includes a PET film layer, a coating layer and an adhesion layer. The coating layer contains an oily lacquer solution with active ingredients 97% coated on the upper side of the PET film. The adhesion layer is coated on the lower side of the PET film and made by stirring an oily lacquer solution 25 weight% with active ingredients 97% due to lacquer refinement and an oily silicon gluing agent 75 weight% with active ingredients 23-25%.

PURPOSE: A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is provided to improve light absorption, thereby reducing reflection or transparency of the back side of an adhesive tape. CONSTITUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape(10) comprises a substrate layer(20) which includes plastic material; a colored layer(30) laminated on one side of the substrate layer; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer(40) laminated on the other side of the substrate layer. The regular reflectivity of the colored layer is 2.0% or less. The plastic material is polyethylene terephthalate. The substrate layer contains black pigment. The adhesive layer contains an acrylic polymer which has (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester as a main component.

CONSTITUTION: An acrylic pressure-sensitive tape(10) comprises a core layer(20), a surface layer(30a,30b) coated on one side or both sides of the core layer. The core layer comprises an acrylic polymer(A). The surface layer includes 100.0 parts by weight of an acrylic polymer(B) and 1-70 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic polymer which has a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-30,000 and has a terpene skeleton. The core layer additionally includes microparticles and/or bubbles. The glass transition temperature of the (meth)acrylic polymer is 0-300>=.

CONSTITUTION: A thermally releasable double-sided adhesive comprises a base(3), an adhesive layer(2) spread on one side of the base; a thermal blowing agent coating layer(4) and an adhesive layer(5) spread on the other side in order. The thermal blowing agent coating layer is formed of a coating liquid in which a rein binder and a thermal blowing agent are dispersed. The resin binder is a copolymer that acrylpolyol is crosslinked by polyisocyanate. The hydroxy group value of the acrylpolyol is 25-500 and the equivalent ratio of the isocyanate in the polyisocyanate to a hydroxyl group in the acrylpolyol is 1-3.

CONSTITUTION: A bonding layer(5) is hardened at 90°C for 2 hours. A first substrate(2) is made of materials including a silicone or metal board, etc. A second substrate(4) is arranged on an upper portion of an organic electroluminescent display. A getter(6) bonds a first substrate and a second substrate. The bonding layer includes an adhesive composition for sealing the organic electroluminescent display.

PURPOSE: A black ink composition is provided to improve electrical insulation, sealability, moisture resistance, processability, moisture resistance, dimensional stability, printability, and antifouling resistance. CONSTITUTION: A black ink composition comprises 5-15 weight% of sulfur black dye, 5-15 weight% of sulfur black dye, 5-15 weight% of black pigment, 15-34 weight% of polymer resin, 0.2-1 weight% of a dispersant, 0.01-0.1 weight% of a leveling agent, 0.01-0.1 weight% of antifoaming agent, 25-35 weight% of isopropyl alcohol, 5-10 weight% of ethyl alcohol, and 25-35 weight% of isopropyl alcohol. The polymer resin is selected from of the following: a polyurethane resin, a polyester resin, a polyvinyl resin, an acrylic resin and a polyvinylpyrrolidone resin.
