Abstract:
A linear stimulating ray source produces stimulating rays and linearly irradiates them to a portion of a stimulable phosphor sheet, on which a radiation image has been stored. A photoelectric read-out system divides light, which is emitted from the portion of a front surface of the stimulable phosphor sheet exposed to the stimulating rays and/or the portion of a back surface of the stimulable phosphor sheet corresponding to the portion of the front surface exposed to the stimulating rays, into picture elements along a length direction of the portion exposed to the stimulating rays, and photoelectrically reads out the divided picture elements by arraying them in a two-dimensional form. A scanning system moves the stimulable phosphor sheet with respect to the linear stimulating ray source and the photoelectric read-out system and in a direction, which is approximately normal to the length direction of the portion exposed to the stimulating rays.

PURPOSE: A digital microscope for performing image processing calculation is provided to image process speed and performance. CONSTITUTION: A digital microscope comprises a zoom lens body tube(10), a camera(12), an interface card(14), an image processing device(20), and a monitor(18). The zoom lens body tube obtains an enlarged image of a sample. The camera creates image data by detecting an image of the sample which is enlarged by the zoom lens body tube. The interface card transfers the image data of the sample. The image processing device post-processes the image data. A graphic processing device performs image processing calculation according to the control of the image processing device. The monitor outputs an image which is processed in the image processing device. A job control apparatus and a multi-function device, and an operating method thereof are provided to supply a quick coping speed based on a middleware environment for controlling a job of the multi-function device in a host. A job control apparatus(100) comprises a middleware unit(110,210) and a job control unit(120). The middleware unit relays the connection with a multi-function device(200). The multi-function device comprises a plurality of devices(230) having independent functions respectively. PURPOSE: A digital microscope for high speed data transmission is provided to perform real time image data transmission of an object and high magnification operation by using IEEE1394 port having a fast transmission speed. CONSTITUTION: An object is positioned on a stage(130). A CCD camera(150) is installed in the stage. A height of the CCD camera is controlled at the stage. The CCD camera images an image of the object. An image processing device(170) receives the image imaged in the CCD camera, and filters the image. An output device(190) outputs the processed image data. A control device controls an image data processing operation of the image processing device. A port for performing IEEE1394 communication is positioned between the CCD camera and the image processing device.

A monitor displays the image data of the memory and a window circuit having a number of window conditions, windows the image. A memory disk stores the image data of the memory, and a camera unit photographs the image in a portion of a multi-image film having a group of photographing areas. An input circuit selectively inputs the window conditions and image identifying data. A computer processor selectively controls a register mode in which the window condition data selected by the input circuit is registered in association with the image identifying data.
