PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper nozzle mounting device where an upper nozzle can be correctly and easily mounted to a prescribed position. SOLUTION: The upper nozzle mounting device 10 is provided with: a frame 25 pivoted to a fixed metal flask 30 composing a sliding nozzle apparatus 35 attachably/detachably via first rolling shafts 26, 27, and rolled within the orthogonal face orthogonal with the slide direction S of the sliding nozzle apparatus 35; a guide part 20 pivoted to the frame 25 via a second rolling shaft 29 orthogonal to the first rolling shafts 26, 27, and rollable within a plane parallel to the slide direction S and also including the central axis of an inner hole 16a with a mounted upper nozzle 15; and an upper nozzle set fixture 11 in which either edge part of a rod 12 freely slidably held to the guide part 20 is provided with a base plate 13 to which the upper nozzle 15 is set. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for fastening a nozzle holder which is simple and can uniform thickness of a lute. SOLUTION: The jig 20 for fastening a nozzle holder includes a handle 21 to hold the nozzle holder 17, and an arm 22 which is structured integrally with the handle 21 and can apply force to turn the nozzle holder 17. The handle 21 is made of a plate material and has an almost semicircular recess 25 into which at least a portion of flange 17b of the nozzle holder 17 is fitted in. On the opening side of the recess 25, a first fitting part 23 notched in a U-shape to which a first handle part 18 of the nozzle holder 17 is fitted in, and a second fitting part 24 notched in an L-shape to which a second handle part 19 is fitted in, are structured face to face. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SN device where, while suppressing the complication of structure and the increase of cost, when abnormality is generated at a surface pressure load releasing mechanism, surface pressure releasing can be performed. SOLUTION: In the SN device where a tilted block provided at a sliding metal flask 20 and a cotter 60 are slidingly contacted, an elastic body 52 is compressed via a pressing member 50, a fixed metal flask 10 and an opening/closing metal flask 30 are connected with a connection member 40, and surface pressure is loaded, the pressing member 50 comprises: a contact part 51 contacted with the cotter; a compression part 53 compressing the elastic body; a connection part 54 connecting the contact part and the compression part; and a fixing part 55 fixing the contact part or the compression part and the connection part and capable of releasing their fixing. When abnormality is generated at the surface pressure load releasing mechanism, the fixing of the fixing part 55 is released, a fixture is inserted into a space between the contact part 51 and the opening/closing metal flask 30, and the fixing part 55 is fixed, thus a gap is made between the connection part 40 and an engagement part 56 on the side of the opening/closing metal flask 30, and the connection part 40 is removed from the engagement part 56.
