In the rotting step, the dilute hydrochloric acid and chlorine dioxide are added to the mixture. The compost manufacturing process additionally includes the following step: after the aging step, additionally mixing the puffed fine rice hulls having the particle size of 100-800 meshes and re-aging the mixture.
