Abstract: PURPOSE: A back light assembly and a liquid crystal display using the back light assembly are provided to control a ratio of a lamp pitch to a gap between the center of a lamp and an optical plate so as to minimize a bright line. CONSTITUTION: A back light assembly(100) includes a frame(115), at least two lamps(120) arranged in the frame and an optical plate(130) for improving uniformity of the luminance of lights emitted from the lamps. In order to make bright lines of the lamps not be recognized from the outside of the optical plate, a ratio of a lamp pitch to a gap between the center of each lamp and the optical plate is 1.3 to 2.0. The transmission rate of the optical plate is 35% to 65%. The back light assembly further includes at least one optical sheet attached to the outer face of the optical plate to improve luminance uniformity.

CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display includes a lamp(310), a chassis(330), heat transfer sheets(370,380), and a liquid crystal display panel(210). The lamp generates lights. The chassis has a space for accommodating the lamp. The heat transfer sheets are arranged between the chassis and the lamp to transfer heat generated from the lamp to the chassis. The liquid crystal display panel receives the lights and controls transmissivity of the lights to display images. The liquid crystal display has at least two lamps arranged in parallel with each other. The heat transfer sheet is arranged at both sides of the lamps. The heat transfer sheet is formed of silicon gel and an inorganic material having thermal conductivity.

Abstract: 이동 통신 시스템의 성능 및 무선 필드 환경 최적화를 위한 진단 장치의 수행 방법에 관하여 개시한다. 이동 통신 시스템의 성능 및 무선 필드 환경의 최적화를 위하여 PC에 이동 통신 단말기와 GPS를 접속한 후 진단 장치(본 방법에서는 삼성에서 개발한 진단 장치를 사용)를 윈도우 OS 환경에서 실행시킨다. 진단 장치가 실행되면 단말기로 데이터를 요구하고, 단말기에서는 진단 장치에서 요구한 데이터를 진단 장치로 전송한다. 마찬가지로, 진단 장치가 GPS로 데이터를 요구하면, GPS에서는 요구한 데이터를 진단 장치로 전송한다. 단말기와 GPS로부터 모든 데이터를 전송 받은 진단 장치는 전송 받은 데이터를 분석하여 분석된 결과를 표시한다. 위와 같이 분석된 결과를 이용하여 이동 통신 시스템의 성능 및 무선 필드 환경의 최적화 작업을 수행한다.
