    Abstract: Systems and methods for utilizing inter-UE coordination regarding reserved resources of a sidelink (SL) resource pool are described herein. A first user equipment (UE) may identify that a first SL resource pool on a first radio access technology (RAT) overlaps with a second SL resource pool on a second RAT, sense for reservation signaling on the second SL resource pool to determine reserved resources on the second SL resource pool, and transmit resource reservation information indicating those reserved resources on SL on the first RAT. A second UE may receive the resource reservation information on the SL, identify, within the first SL resource pool, corresponding resources that overlap with the reserved resources of the second SL resource pool, select, from the first SL resource pool, transmission resources to use for a SL transmission by prioritizing resources other than the corresponding resources; and perform the SL transmission using those transmission resources.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for user equipment (UE) capable of performing sidelink (SL) communications that account for overlapped SL resource pools of multiple radio access technologies (RATs) are disclosed. A UE may select, based on prioritizing non-overlapped resources over overlapped resources, one or more candidate resources and/or one or more transmission resources; may determine a power control configuration without considering SL pathloss corresponding to a first RAT when a second power control configuration determination for a second RAT does not consider SL pathloss; may select physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) locations for PSFCH use from first PSFCH locations of resources of a first SL resource pool on a first RAT that do not overlap with a second SL resource pool on a second RAT according to a bitmap; and/or may select one of a PSFCH transmission and PSFCH reception using a data priority rule and/or a pool sharing rule.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for CCA power signaling during COT sharing. A UE may report a maximum EIRP for COT sharing as a UE capability, e.g., for a frequency range between 52.6 and 71 gigahertz. The UE may receive a Pout value for CCA based on the UE capability and may report an actual EIRP used for CCA to acquire the COT. For configured grant COT sharing, the UE may perform a directional LBT with a specific EIRP and beam detection for a transmission burst and report a Pout value for COT sharing based on the directional LBT, e.g., via a configured grant uplink control indication. For dynamic grant COT sharing, the UE may detect that an EIRP exceeds a threshold and report a Pout value for COT sharing via a medium access control (MAC) control element. The threshold may be based on a closed loop power control setting.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for sounding reference signal (SRS) coverage enhancement. A user equipment device (UE) may receive a configuration for SRS time domain bundling from a base station and may transmit, to the base station, at least one SRS transmission in accordance with the configuration. The configuration may include an indication of (and/or indicate) one or more SRS transmission occasions. The configuration may be communicated via higher layer signaling or physical layer signaling. The RRC parameter may be an SRS-ResourceSet parameter or an SRS-Resource parameter and may include a nrofSlots parameter to indicate the number of slots, where a slot may correspond to an SRS transmission occasion. The MAC CE may include at least four bits indicating the number of slots. The DCI may include at least one field indicating the number of slots.
