Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for receiving a downlink signal by a UE in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the method may include receiving a synchronization signal block (SSB) including a primary synchronization signal (PSS), a secondary synchronization signal (SSS), and a physical broadcasting channel (PBCH), and obtaining an indicator indicating a subcarrier spacing for the downlink channel from the PBCH, and receiving the downlink signal on the basis of the subcarrier spacing. The indicator may indicate a different subcarrier spacing according to a frequency band in which the UE operates.

A frequency position of the SSB may be defined by a synchronization raster. The synchronization raster may exist at every 20 MHz in a NR-U band, based on that the NR-U based cell operates in a channel bandwidth greater than 20 Mhz.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a wireless communication system. The configuration information includes second time resource information including a periodicity of the random access of the UE and a plurality of random access occasions within the periodicity, and the first time resource information and the second time resource information do not overlap with each other in time resources.

The UE can monitor downlink control information (hereafter referred to as first DCI) in non-static MA time resources, which are not the static MA time resources, among the time resources, and, if the first DCI is received, can transmit UL data (hereafter referred to as second UL data) to the first DCI or receive DL data.
