Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit liquid feed pulsation generated in the upstream of an orifice, efficiently to control minute pulsation in the downstream and also not to generate a bubble storage and liquid stagnation in a simple structure. SOLUTION: In a coating apparatus 10 coating a web W with a coating liquid 14 by feeding the coating liquid 14 to the pocket 20 of a slot die 12 through a pipe 42 and discharging it from a slot tip end 20a, and by forming a coating liquid bead in a clearance between the slot tip end 20a and the continuously moving web W, an orifice 56A is formed only at an end position in a direction of the pipe diameter, a tapering-shaped inlet taper flow passage 56B leading to the orifice 56A is formed on the inlet side of the orifice 56A, and a club-shaped outlet taper flow passage 56C extending from the orifice 56A is formed on the outlet side of the orifice 56A. An application apparatus includes a nozzle device (20) injecting a damping material from a nozzle hole (20a) to a vehicle body, an articulated robot (21) moving the nozzle device (20) relative to the vehicle body, a supply section including a supply pump (22), and a supply passage (27), and continuously driving the supply pump (22) to continuously supply the damping material from the supply pump (22) to the supply passage (27) in a substantially uniform amount, a return passage (33) branched from the supply passage (27) and returning the damping material to the supply pump (22), and a gun (32) and a return valve (34) switching a supply destination of the damping material between the nozzle hole (20a) and the return passage (33) based on information on applying the damping material to the vehicle body.
Abstract:
A device for applying a free-flowing medium to a continuously conveyed web, wherein the medium can be transferred to the web by a continuously rotating transfer (gravure) roll. An application head is provided in order to transfer the free-flowing medium to the circumference of the gravure roll. The application head includes a chamber which is open toward the circumference of the gravure roll and has an inlet and an outlet for the medium to be applied. The front outer face, in the direction of rotation, of the chamber is delimited by a front doctor blade and the rear outer face, in the direction of rotation, is delimited by a rear doctor blade. Both doctor blades are seated against the circumference of the gravure roll. The front doctor blade can be pressed against the circumference of the gravure roll by a pressing body with an adjustable pressing force.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure for attaching a fastened member to a holder without causing waviness while improving work efficiency. SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes a developing apparatus. The developing apparatus includes a developing roller and a blade structure 16. The blade structure 16 includes a holder 41, a developer regulating blade 42 and the fastening structure 43. The fastening structure 43 includes a cylindrical part 45 provided on one surface 41a of the holder 41, and a through-hole 47 penetrating the blade structure 16 and having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical part 45. A tip part 45a is pressed and expanded in an outer peripheral direction with a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 45 and the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 47 while the cylindrical part 45 is inserted through the through-hole 47. The tip part 45a is then bent toward the developer regulating blade 42, and the developer regulating blade 42 is held and fixed between the tip part 45a and the one surface 41a.
