    Abstract: PURPOSE:To arrange the longitudinal direction of fruits into carrying direction, in fruit arranging conveyor, by arranging guide rollers at the opposite sides of endless carrying belt such that the interval between the left and right guide rollers will be narrower in carrying direction. CONSTITUTION:The fruits 1 fed from roller conveyor 10 through a shoot 11 to arranging brush 12 are arranged in single row through a shoot 13 then fed to an endless belt 2. Then they are guided by saddle type guide rollers 4-6 arranged at the opposite sides of endless belt 2 and carried. Since the lateral interval is narrower toward the downstream, the fruits are arranged sequentially in carrying direction. Consequently, the longitudinal direction of fruits can be arranged into carrying direction.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To smoothly and accurately accomplish sideward shifting regardless of the kind and size of fruits by providing a sideward shifting portion connected to the downstream side of an align and feed portion of the above apparatus, which comprises right and left sideward shifting belts wider at the terminal end side than at the starting end side. CONSTITUTION:The above apparatus comprises a constant amount feed portion and an align and feed portion which are sequentially disposed on the downstream side of a select conveyor, and further a transfer portion, a sideward shifting portion 7 and a take-out portion which are sequentially disposed on the downstream side of the align and feed portion. In this case, the sideward shifting portion 7 comprises a pair of right and left sideward shifting belts 38 and a feed-out endless belt 30 forming the base portion. The respective sideward shifting belts 38 are wrapped round pulleys 36, 37 disposed on the start end side 42 and the terminal end side 43. The pulley 36 is supported on a vertical shaft 44 on stationary side, and the pulley 37 is supported on a vertical shaft 45 on forward end side of a rod 48 turned round the vertical shaft 44. The interval between the rods 48 of both sideward shifting belts 38 is adjusted by turning a turnbuckle 54.

When the selector body 18 is turned to the right, the cup is tilted to the right. With this constitution, the cup is tiltable to either side, thus efficiency improvement is well promoted.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To automate the conveyance and supply of fruits by a constitution wherein the final end part of a fruit conveyor supplying fruits in such a manner that buckets are turned down sequentially at the final end part of conveyance is provided so that it faces the starting end part of a weight sizer grading the fruits by rolling out them for each weight section. CONSTITUTION:In a weight sizer 1, a plurality of cups 3 are arranged at appropriate intervals and in plural lines and are transferred by a driving chain 5, grading fruits by rolling out them for each weight section. Above the starting end part of the weight sizer 1, a fruit conveyor 7 having the same number of lines as the weight sizer is provided so that it faces the weight sizer. Fruits are held in buckets 13 sliding on a slash plate 21 constituting the conveyor 7 and are conveyed. When the buckets 13 get off the slash plate 21, they are turned down around pins 17 respectively, and thereby the fruits are transferred into the cups 3. The conveyance of the fruits by the buckets 13 are synchronized thereafter with the conveyance of subsequent empty cups 3, and thus the fruits are transferred sequentially into the cups 3.
