Abstract:
PURPOSE: A concrete composition which enhances use of admixture is provided to increase use ratio of admixture excluding cement and to prevent degradation of early strength, compressive strength, application property, and mobility of the concrete. CONSTITUTION: A concrete composition which enhances use of admixture comprises binding material in which cement and fly ash are mixed, coares aggregate, fine aggregate, and water. The coarse aggregate is administered in accordance with calculated value of concrete combining method. The concrete composition has the unit combination material amount of 250-800kg/m^3 and unit amount of 120-160kg/m^3. A mixing ratio of fly ash among the binding material is 40-60 wt%. The binding material comprises 0.5-3.0 wt% of high range water reducing admixture, and 0.01-0.1wt% of air entraining agent. A fineness of the fly ash is 4,000-8,000cm^2/g. A replacement rate of the blast furnace slag micropowder is less than 20 wt % (0wt% is excluded) of the binding material. The replacement ratio of the electric arc furnace oxidized slag micropowder is less than 5wt %(0wt% is excluded) of the binding material.

PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide reduction type binder composition which has high early strength property is provided to improve concrete strength degradation according to large amount of industrial byproduct and cement use by including phosphate magnesia, clinker dust, calcium hydroxide, and a mixture of calcium Sulfoaluminate aluminate based compound and dimorphism anhydrous gypsum. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide reduction type binder composition which has high early strength property comprises 10-20 weight% of normal Portland cement, 30-80 weight% of blast furnace slag micropowder, 5-30 weight% of fly ash, 1-5 weight% of calcium hydroxide, 1-10 weight% of mixture of calcium sulfoaluminate(4CaO·3Al2O3·SO3) based compound(CSA) and dimorphism anhydrous gypsum(CaSO4), and 1-10 weight% of clinker dust, and 1-3 weight% of phosphate magnesia. A weight ratio of the dimorphism anhydrous gypsum to CSA is 1:1-4. The Blaine of clinker dust has a specific surface area of 8,000-12,000cm^2/g. Content amount of SO3 is 2-5 weight% and K2O+Na2O is 1-5 weight%.

PURPOSE: A composition for a nonbearing wall body, and a method for extrusion molding a fireproof panel by using the composition, are provided to allow the shape to be maintained at a high temperature for 30 min or more. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a nonbearing wall body comprises alpha hemihydrate 20 - 60%; a mineral powder 20 - 60%; 1 - 10% of any one of mica or alumina or their mixed fireproof material; fiber yarn 0.1 - 2.0%; and an alkyl-substituted cellulose. The alpha hemihydrate has a water content of 30% or less, a fineness of 1300 cm^2/g or more, and a specific gravity of 2.5 ~ 2.8. Also the composition for a nonbearing wall body comprises further cement.

A rapid hardening concrete composition is provided to obtaining a finishing work time of making a surface of the poured concrete slick enough and to improve workability by extending a time that the concrete is hardened. A rapid hardening concrete composition includes a hardening cementation ash of 10~16 weight%, fine aggregate of 40~55 weight%, thick aggregate of 20~35 weight%, water of 0.1~5 weight%, an acryl reforming emulsion of 1~8 weight% and a hydrophilic fiber of 0.1~4 weight%. The acryl reforming emulsion contains an acrylic resin, a latex and a butyl acrylate.

본 발명은 제강슬래그를 골재로 이용한 콘크리트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 제강슬래그 조골재 및 세골재를 단독 또는 혼합으로 사용하고, 여기에 포졸란계 혼화재를 포함하는 시멘트 및 물을 혼합하여 구성되는 콘크리트의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 시멘트 첨가량 100중량부에 대하여 0.6~2.0중량부의 물유리를 추가로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 물유리를 첨가함으로써 제강슬래그를 콘크리트용 골재로 사용할때 야기될 수 있는 팽창의 문제점을 해결함과 아울러 포졸란계 혼화재를 포함하는 시멘트를 사용할때 야기될 수 있는 초기강도 저하의 약점을 보완함으로써 제강슬래그 골재를 콘크리트 제조에 사용함에 있어서 안정된 품질을 보증하는 효과가 있다.
