Abstract:
A heat dissipating silicone grease composition is provided to easily and uniformly coat, to improve a preserving stability at a room temperature, to facilitate the handling and to realize charateristics of heating and disssipation. A heat dissipating silicone grease composition comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane 0 - 30 mass % in which the dynamic viscosity indicated as below chemical formula 1 of 25 deg.C is 50 - 500,000 mm^2 / s; (B) an organopolysiloxane 0 -30 mass % indicated as the following chemical formula 2, wherein the sum of (A) and (B) is 3 -30 mass %; (C) a thermally conductive filler 60 - 96.9 mass % having a thermal conductivity more than 10 W / m deg.C; and (D) a non-volatile isoparaffin compound 0.1 - 10 mass % which can disperse and dissolve the (A) and (B) and has a boiling point 260 - 360 deg.C, wherein the sum of (A) and (D) is 100 mass %.
Abstract:
An article including a first release liner with a first release surface, a second release liner with a second release surface, and a layer of a thermally conductive grease between the first and the second release surfaces. The thermally conductive grease includes a mixture of at least three distributions of thermally conductive particles, each of the at least three distributions of thermally conductive particles having an average (D) particle size which differs from the other distributions by at least a factor of 5.
