An hinge is described, adapted to allow locking and unlocking moving frames, due to a mecanical-automatic feature that operates as blind-locker, window-locker, door-locker; the hinge is composed of a male hinge (1) component and a female hinge (2) component adapted to be operatively coupled with the male hinge (1) component, which is equipped with a pin (10) with ball bearing (10') that is partially shaped and partially smooth, while the female hinge (2) component is equipped with a bush (50) shaped in order to allow, through its coupling with the pin (10), an on-off mechanical-automatic latch-type handling with consequent locking and unlocking of the moving frame in a plurality of positions in a rotation range of the moving frame around the hinge from 0° to 180°.

In a bearing arrangement having at least two parts (10, 12) rotatable relative to one another, one of the parts (10) has at least one annular groove (14) running concentrically with respect to the axis of rotation (A), and the other part (12) has a spring (16) which is complementary to said groove and which engages with the groove (14). Um eine Duschabtrennung der eingangs beschriebenen Art derart weiterzubilden, daß die Scharniere dreidimensional verstellbar sind, um eine gute Anpassung an die jeweiligen baulichen Gegebenheiten zu ermöglichen, und gleichzeitig eine Tür mit glatter, leicht zu reinigender Innenfläche lagern, wird mit der vorliegenden Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß an jedem Haltewinkel eine Tragschiene waagerecht einstellbar befestigt ist, die einen die Schwenkachse der Tür bildenden Achsbolzen trägt, der in eine Lagerbohrung in einem Türbeschlag eingreift, der auf die Außenseite der Tür aufgeklebt ist.

The invention relates to a drive device for opening or closing a leaf of a door, a window or similar. Said device comprises a housing (1) and a closing spring (2), which is located in the housing (1) and acts upon a piston (3), the latter co-operating with a closing shaft (4) in the housing (1) by means of gearing. To improve a drive device of this type with respect to the choice of material, the inventive piston (3) and housing (1) consist of polyoxymethylene plastic (POM).

A friction supported stay comprising a track 10 secured vertically to a windowframe with a slider 15 connected by link 18 to a strut 16 in turn connected to bar 24 which is also connected to slider 15 by a link 21. The bar, which is normally connected to the window has a nose member 35 which engages in a plastic, shaped cap member 14. The cap member 14 has internal cam surfaces 36,37 which are asymmetrically disposed with respect to the central longitudinal axis of the track. One cam surface is at a greater angle to the axis than the other. The corresponding surfaces of the nose portion 35 of strut 24 are similarly inclined to each other and to the axis of strut 24.

A window stay for adjustable mounting of a window sash into a window frame having a frame mounting plate (10), a frame mounting plate (11) and a carriage (16). An arm (13) is pivoted (14) at each end to the plates (10 and 11) respectively. Plate (11) is further pivoted (15) to the carriage (16). In order to provide pull-in of a sash mounted by plate 11 and also permit flanges of the sash to clear the frame during opening and closing the carriage is angularly displaceable during the initial opening and closing of the stay. Means are provided to facilitate this angular displacement and in one form comprise an abutment (38) which is engageable with a curved slot (37). The carriage has sliding surfaces which include potions (35 and 36) which engage in guide means (18, 20 and 21). When the slot (37) engages with the abutment (38) the carriage is angularly displaced relative to plate 10 by pivoting about an axis in the general region of one sliding surface portion (35).
