Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Anschlussvorrichtung (2) für einen Elektromotor, insbesondere einen Außenläufermotor, zum Verbinden von Wicklungsenden eines Stators mit einer Anschlussleitung (65). Die Anschlussvorrichtung (2) besteht aus einer Verschaltungsplatte (4), die in einer radial zur Statorachse ausgerichteten Ebene und innerhalb eines durch einen Statordurchmesser definierten Umfangskreises angeordnet ist, und die ausgeformte Leiterbahnführungen (14) und Leiterbahnen (6) mit Anschlussfahnen (38) zur Kontaktierung der Statorwicklung und mit Anschlussbereichen zur Kontaktierung der Anschlussleitung (65) aufweist. Hierbei ist ein an der Anschlussleitung (65) vormontierbares Steckerelement (10) mit Schneid- Klemm-Kontakten (68) vorgesehen, die die Anschlussleitung (65) kontaktieren. Das Steckerlement (10) ist parallel zur Statorachse auf die Verschaltungsplatte (4) derart aufsteckbar, dass die Schneid-Klemm-Kontakte (68) die als Kontaktabschnitte (32a, 32b) ausgebildeten Endbereiche der Leiterbahnen (6) kontaktieren.

본발명의단자부접합구조는, 모터배선이전기적으로접속되는탄성변형가능한제1 접속단자와, 구동회로배선이전기적으로접속되는탄성변형가능한제2 접속단자와, 제1 접속단자와제2 접속단자를전기적으로접속하는도전부를구비한다. 제1 접속단자및 제2 접속단자는, 도전부의각 단면(端面)에각각접합한다. 제1 접속단자는, 탄성변형하여, 자신의복귀력에의해모터배선을지지한다. 제2 접속단자는, 탄성변형하여, 자신의복귀력에의해구동회로배선을지지한다.

The purpose of the invention is to provide a motor in which it is possible to efficiently construct a structure wherein a terminal part of a motor body is covered by a terminal cover. This terminal cover (7) is a resin molded article integrally including a first member (8) fixed to a motor body (40), a second member (9) that covers the first member (8), and a hinge part (70). Thus, the first member (8) and the second member (9) can be engaged with one another by first fixing the first member (8) to the motor body (40), and then rotating the second member (9) at the hinge part (70) and covering the first member (8) with the second member (9). Thus, the number of components can be reduced compared to cases where the first member (8) and the second member (9) are constructed as separate members, and the task of attaching the second member (9) to the first member (8) can be performed efficiently.

A terminal structure (9) for a motor-driven pump (1) to be disposed in a storage tank for a liquid such as liquefied ammonia or the like interconnects a motor-side terminal element (30) of a first conductor cable (29) for supplying an electric power to a motor (12) of the motor-driven pump and a power source-side terminal element (36) of a second conductor cable (35) for supplying the electric power from an electric power source. The terminal structure (9) has a hollow tubular housing (25) accommodating a conductor (41) and having upper and lower ends (37, 31) through which the power source-side and motor-side terminal elements (36, 30) extend into the housing and are electrically connected to the conductor (41) therein. The motor-side terminal element (30) is sealingly connected to the lower housing end (31) by a sealing mechanism (28, 28A) which utilizes sealing ring (33A, 33B; 133A, 133B) of a metal while the power source-side terminal element (36) is sealingly connected to the upper housing end (37) by a sealing mechanism (27) which utilizes gaskets (26A-26C).

An electrical connector (33) for a submersible well pump motor (17) has a lower housing (39) with upward protruding bosses (71). The bosses have parallel axes (79) and a passage (73). An electrical line (47) extends through each of the passages, each of the electrical lines having a lead sheath (69). A lead tape wrap (83) is wrapped around an external side wall (81) of each of the bosses and a portion of the lead sheath of one of the electrical lines. An upper housing (45) has first and second members (45a, 45b) that fit on opposite sides of the electrical lines and lower ends (97) that connect to the lower housing. The first and second members have recesses (87) that mate to define cavities, each of the cavities receiving one of the lead tape wraps. A fastener (101) clamps the first and second members of the upper housing together.

Es ist vorgesehen, dass das Stromübertragungselement ein reibungsarmes Gleitelement (36) aufweist, das an seinem freien Ende (34) angeordnet ist oder bis zu diesem freien Ende (34) reicht.
