The transmission terminal receives display data of a material from an external input device which is not under management of a transmission management system, and transmits the display data to the relay device as indicated by the stored address. Thereby, the material can be referred to by meeting members without a series of processes such as letting the external device log into the transmission management system and selecting the relay device. And, a load in managing the external input device by the transmission management system is decreased.
