Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image forming apparatus, and an image processing program that increase prevention of information leak by making possible the tracing from starting image formation to final image formation. SOLUTION: Background information having a pattern of copying inhibition information, representing inhibition of copying, copying inhibition cancel information, canceling the inhibition of copying under a certain conditions, and tracing information, specifying an image formation source, arranged in an internal area 42 and also has a pattern of updated trace information, arranged in an end area 41 is put together with foreground information. Such an image, inhibited from being copied, is copied when the copying inhibition cancel condition is met but the pattern is deleted after updated trace information is acquired from a read image; and new trace information associated with the image formation is put together as updated trace information at the position where the original update trace information is present. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a storage device more effectively than before when storing image data on a predetermined storage device for a security follow-up survey in future. SOLUTION: A decision part 203 decides whether or not associated image data which can be regarded substantially the same as image data acquired by an acquisition part 210 are stored in a predetermined storage device 202 for the follow-up survey in future. When the associated image data are stored, link information to the associated image data is written in place of writing the acquired image data in a storage device 204. An information processing apparatus (13) inputs image data including a first pixel group, a second pixel group generated by interpolating the first pixel group and verification data of the first pixel group, verifies whether the first pixel group has been altered using the first pixel group and the verification data, verifies whether the second pixel group has been altered by determining whether the second pixel group and the first pixel group are in a predetermined relationship, and determines whether the image data has been altered based on results of the verification as to whether the first pixel group has been altered and the verification as to whether the second pixel group has been altered.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for an area inside two-dimensional code, the area required for writing an identifier (ID) to printed matter.SOLUTION: The output apparatus includes: a generating unit configured to generate the two-dimensional code by encoding information indicative of the output apparatus, information indicative of output time of an image output by the output apparatus, and information indicative of a page number and a print copy number when the image is output; a combining unit configured to combine the generated two-dimensional code with the image; and an output unit configured to output the image including the two-dimensional code.

An image processing device includes: an image obtaining unit that obtains original images one by one from an original document on which image processing is to be performed by the image processing device; an output unit that outputs each of the original images obtained by the image obtaining unit; an information acquiring unit that acquires control information for controlling operations to be performed by the image processing device, the control information being extracted from a control image represented by a specific image in the original image obtained by the image obtaining unit; and a control unit that determines whether the control information acquired by the information acquiring unit requires an authentication, determines whether an output of the original image having the control information is restricted on the basis of a result of the authentication when the control information requires an authentication, restricts the output of the original image when the output is determined to be restricted, and controls the output unit to output the original image when the original image does not require an authentication or when the output of the original image is determined not to be restricted.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discriminate eavesdropping of printing data by an eavesdropper, interposed between a user device and a printer. SOLUTION: A PC1 encrypts the printing data, using an encryption key acquired from the printer 2 at a transmission destination, transmits the printing data to the printer, decrypts the encrypted printing data using a decryption key, corresponding to the encryption key and outputs the printing data with the printer, in the PC, information about the encryption key is embedded in the printing data as electronic watermark, the printing data with electronic watermark to be obtained by the embedding of the information is encrypted and transmitted to the printer, in the printer, encryption key is extracted from the decrypted printing data with electronic watermark, the encryption key obtained by extraction is compared and collated with the encryption key provided to the PC and the presence/absence of eavesdropping of the printing data on a communication path is to be decided. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of storing detailed history of image outputs, an image processing method and an image processing program. SOLUTION: An MFP is provided with image acquisition parts (S05, S06, S07) for acquiring an image, an added information acquisition part (S12) for acquiring added information related to the acquired acquisition image, an embedding part (S13) for generating an output image obtained by adding the added information to the acquisition image, an output part (14) for outputting the acquisition image when the added information is not acquired and outputting the generated output image when the added information is acquired, and a transmission part (S15) for transmitting the output history of the acquisition image to a server. The transmission part transmits the added information together with the acquisition image as history when the added information is acquired or transmits the acquisition image as history when the added information is not acquired.
