Abstract:
The invention concerns a shade system for a motor vehicle, said system being adapted to obscure a transparent bodywork element. Said shade system comprises at least one shade guideway, a winding shaft and lateral elements wherein are guided the lateral edges of the shade guideway. The lateral edges of the shade guideway have each a flat and flexible driving band. In order to ensure that said diving bands are wound on the winding shaft and are unwound therefrom in a specific manner, a lateral winding guide is arranged at the winding shaft for each driving band, said winding guides preventing the driving bands from being laterally offset at the winding shaft.
Abstract:
A roof module for a vehicle roof, which can have a roof panel for closing an opening in the vehicle roof, a frame for mounting the Roof module onto the vehicle roof, a sealing which can be fixedly mounted to the frame for sealing engagement with the panel, and adjusting elements for adjusting the roof panel relative to the frame. The sealing can have a cover lip for covering the adjusting elements, wherein the cover lip can be bent away in a resilient manner for accessing the adjusting elements.
Abstract:
A vehicle sunroof device in which a movable panel is supported by a panel support member and the movable panel is capable of being moved in a tilted manner, the movable panel is prevented from being detached due to an upward load without increasing the thickness and the weight of the cored bar of the panel support member in a low-cost structure. A portion of the cored bar of the panel support member, which is located under cam grooves is bent to form first and second protrusions which protrude laterally in the thickness direction of the cored bar. The first protrusion is formed by notching multiple parts of the cored bar and bending the notched parts.
Abstract:
A method for producing a vehicle outer surface component having steps for preparing a base component made of a thermoplastic material in an injection mold by injecting a thermoplastic material into the injection mold or by placing a prefabricated base component made of a thermoplastic material therein, and injecting a covering layer of a scratch self-healing plastic material into the closed injection mold to coat the base component. A vehicle outer surface component is also provided, in particular a vehicle outer surface component, produced according to this method.
Abstract:
A sunroof structure for a vehicle has a left side frame disposed on a left side of a vehicle body roof, extending along a vehicle front-rear direction, a right side frame disposed on a right side of the vehicle body roof, extending along the vehicle front-rear direction, a roof panel disposed between the left side frame and the right side frame, having a sunroof opening, a sunroof disposed in the sunroof opening and having at least two glass panels arranged next to each other in the vehicle front-rear direction, in which at least a foremost glass panel of the at least two glass panels is configured to be openable and closeable, and a sunroof side rail disposed below a peripheral portion of the sunroof opening, extending along the vehicle front-rear direction, and having a drain groove and a drain portion configured to discharge water accumulated in the drain groove.
Abstract:
An assembly for a vehicle roof comprises a cover, which is embodied to close off an opening in the vehicle roof. The cover has an outer layer, which faces away from the vehicle interior, an inner layer, which faces the vehicle interior, and a solar cell layer, which is arranged between the outer layer and the inner layer. The assembly further has a darkening device, which is assigned to the cover and which has a reflective layer which, in a closed state, faces the inner layer so as to reflect light that enters through the cover in the direction of the vehicle interior back in the direction of the cover.
Abstract:
A winding device for a roller blind arrangement, in particular for a vehicle, which has a winding element having a longitudinal axis. The winding element is constructed to be rotatably supported about the longitudinal axis on a vehicle and to wind and unwind a roller blind web. The winding device further has a coil spring having an axially extending hollow space, wherein the winding element is connected to the vehicle by means of the coil spring and the coil spring enables a rotational movement of the winding element relative to the vehicle. In addition, the winding device has a rod element which is arranged in the hollow space of the coil spring for guiding the coil spring, wherein the rod element is constructed in such a manner that the rod element radially tensions the coil spring.
Abstract:
A burner arrangement (1), for a mobile heater operated with liquid fuel, is provided; having a combustion chamber (2) for converting fuel with combustion air in a flaming combustion, which combustion chamber (2) extends along a longitudinal axis (Z) in a main flow direction (H); a pre-mixing chamber (3), which is arranged fluidicly upstream of the combustion chamber (2), for generating a fuel-combustion air-mixture, which pre-mixing chamber (3) comprises a side wall (4); a fuel evaporation surface (O) arranged in the pre-mixing chamber; a fuel supply (10) for supplying liquid fuel; and a first combustion air supply (6) having a swirl body (7) for supplying a combustion air flow into the pre-mixing chamber (3) with a swirl such that the combustion air is guided along the fuel evaporation surface (O) with a tangential flow component. A neck portion (5) is formed at a transition from the pre-mixing chamber (3) to the combustion chamber (2) at which the flow cross-section abruptly widens in the main flow direction (H).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a vehicle sliding roof device with a cover unit that comprises a cover and a cover frame and that is shiftably supported on guides of the sliding roof device by a support device and that can be adjusted between a closed position covering a roof opening and at least one open position, whereby it is provided in accordance with the invention that the cover is detachably attached on the cover frame, that is shiftably supported on the guides, and can be removed for freeing a roof opening from the cover frame arranged in particular in the closed position.
Abstract:
The invention proposes a shading arrangement having a first look-through region and a second look-through region, having a first shading unit for the first look-through region and a second shading unit for the second look-through region, wherein the two shading units include one shading element, respectively, on which a drive means either directly or indirectly acts on both sides, respectively at a lateral guide rail in relation to a vertical longitudinal center plane of the roof. On both sides, in relation to the vertical longitudinal center plane of the roof, one coupling tube is arranged, respectively, said coupling tube connecting the guide rails of the two shading units to one another, which are respectively arranged on one side of the vertical longitudinal center plane, and guiding the drive means of the second shading unit, which is driven by the drive means of the first shading unit.
