Abstract: PURPOSE: An ink-jet head is provided to reduce the load required for a driving part by reducing the surface tension of ink droplet by forming one nozzle using a plurality of fluid paths. CONSTITUTION: An ink-jet head(100) comprises a chamber(110), a driving part(120) and a nozzle(130). The chamber accepts ink. The driving part supplies pressure to the chamber. The nozzle is made of a plurality of fluid paths(132) to discharge the ink. The Intervals between adjacent fluid paths are the same. The fluid paths are formed in a nozzle plane which is hydrophile. The nozzle plane has a circular shape.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An ink-jet head and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce crosstalk by removing the piezoelectric member remaining between the driving parts of the ink-jet head. CONSTITUTION: An ink-jet head(100) comprises chambers(40), a membrane(70), and a piezoelectric member(80). The membrane covers up the chambers. The piezoelectric member supplies pressure to the chambers, respectively. The piezoelectric member is bonded to the membrane at a distance from each other with a virtual diving line. A groove is formed on one side of the membrane corresponding to the dividing line. Bonding resin is charged in the groove.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an inkjet head is as follows. One surface of a first Silicon On Insulator substrate is processed to correspond with a nozzle(S110).
