Abstract:
PURPOSE: A terminal managing method in a heterogeneous network environment is provided to improve performance of a mobile communications system and to efficiently control interference. CONSTITUTION: A base station (500) determines whether to control measurement of a terminal. The base station generates measurement information for the measurement of the terminal based on determination regarding whether to control the measurement of the terminal. The measurement information is generated by performing at least one measuring operation of channel state information (CSI) measurement, radio resource management (RPM) measurement, measurement for finding a device to device (D2D) terminal and measurement for D2D communications. The base station provides generated measurement information to the terminal through a control message.

Abstract:
Provided is a method and apparatus for discontinuously transmitting/receiving packets for low-power consumption of a terminal in a cellular system for packet transmission. The present research provides a method and apparatus that can perform a low-power consuming operation when a terminal is in active state in a cellular system. The method for discontinuously transmitting/receiving packet data to reduce power consumption of a terminal in a cellular system, including the steps of: a) establishing discontinuous reception/transmission (DRX/DTX) parameters including discontinuous DRX/DTX cycle information for terminals operating in a transmission suspension mode, which is a sub-state of an active state; and b) performing DRX/DTX based on the DRX/DTX parameters in the terminals operating in the transmission suspension mode.

Provided is a downlink control information transmitting and receiving method which can maximize the use of limited radio resources by effectively forming an uplink signaling message to be transmitted from a base station to a terminal and transmitting the formed uplink signaling message with a minimum amount of radio resources occupied. The method for transmitting downlink data generation indication information for a base station to inform a terminal of packet data transmission in a packet-based cellular system, includes the steps of: a) generating the downlink data generation indication information; b) recording radio resource allocation information in downlink scheduling information for transmitting the downlink data generation indication information, and allocating information for the downlink data generation indication information to downlink-shared radio resources; and c) transmitting the downlink scheduling information and the information for the downlink data generation indication information according to a transmission cycle.

PURPOSE: A method for managing a channel for a multi carrier structure in a wireless communication system is provided to stop the receiving operation of a corresponding carrier by immediately initializing a down link retransmission buffer in a terminal in a deactivated state of a sub-carrier in a multi carrier environment. CONSTITUTION: A base station permits the initial transmission of data(510). The terminal performs the initial transmission of the data(520). The base station permits the retransmission of the data(530). The terminal performs the retransmission of the data(540). Data initial transmission permission in the base station, the data initial transmission of the terminal, the data retransmission permission of the base station, and the retransmission operation of the terminal are repetitively performed. The base station determines a wireless channel condition(550). The transmission interruption of a corresponding carrier is commanded(560). The base station stops the retransmission permission for the corresponding carrier(570). The terminal stops a retransmission procedure by receiving a transmission interruption command(580).

PURPOSE: A method of a handover based on aggregating a carrier is provided to reduce the handover delay in a carrier aggregation environment. CONSTITUTION: Source Node B(110) receives a measurement result about the component carriers of a neighboring base center or a source base station from an UE(User Equipment)(130). The source base station determines a target base transceiver station(120). The source base station transmits a handover request message with a target base transceiver station. The target base transceiver station transfers the handover request acknowledge message to the source base station. The source base station transmits the handover execution command including the hand over parameter with a terminal.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A radio access scheduling device for reducing channel zapping and a method thereof are provided to receive the summary information on all current channels in order to reduce the channel zapping by providing summary information in advance when requesting a channel switching operation. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal receives summary information on all receivable channels in every channel scheduling period(110). The summary information is provided through an independent channel after a scheduling block, or is included in the scheduling block. If there is a channel switching request of a user, the user terminal provides the summary information of a change-requested channel during a channel zapping delay time(120).
