PURPOSE: A method and a system for preventing duplication assignment and duplication request of uplink resource in a wireless communication system are provided to grasp duplicated request of a terminal which request a resource assignment and prevent duplication assignment of uplink resource, thereby preventing a resource waste. CONSTITUTION: An MS(Mobile Station) request resource allocation to specific time t20(S201). A BS(Base Station) performs resource assignment about additional information(S202). A terminal transmits information corresponding to resource assignment to the BS(S203). The BS assigns resource about uplink data of the terminal(S204). Based on the allocated uplink resources, the terminal transmits the uplink data to the BS.

이동국이 기지국으로 임의 접속 절차 중 이동국이 상향링크로 전송하는 상향링크 패킷의 복합 자동 재전송 요청 전송 방법이 개시된다. 기지국은 임의 접속용 프리앰블을 수신하고, 프리앰블에 제1 식별자를 할당한다. 기지국은 프리앰블에 속하는 그룹에 해당하는 제2 식별자로 표시하여 제1 하향링크 자원의 할당 정보를 전송하고, 제1 하향링크 자원을 통해 제1 상향링크 자원의 할당 정보와 제1 식별자를 전송한다. 그러면 기지국은 제1 상향링크 자원을 통해 상향링크 패킷을 수신하고, 상향링크 패킷에 오류가 있는경우 재전송을 위한 제2 상향링크 자원의 할당 정보를 제1 식별자로 표시하여 전송한다. 기지국은 상향링크 패킷에 대응하는 부정 응답을 전송하고, 제2 상향링크 자원을 통해 상향링크 패킷을 재수신한다. A channel state information transmission method in a user terminal of a wideband mobile communication system and a wireless resource allocation method in a base station thereof are provided to enable the base station to determine priority according to a lot of channel state information sent from each user terminal and to allocate wireless resources to each user terminal, thereby easily reducing data size of the channel state information as decreasing complexity of priority determination. A user terminal(32) measures a channel state of downlink. A base station(31) converts the measured channel state value of the downlink into a channel state information report type for each subcarrier group(302). The user terminal generates channel state information according to the channel state value converted into the channel state information report type(304). The user terminal transmits the generated channel state information to the base station(306).

A resource allocation method according to the modulation of a mobile communications system is provided to determine the size of a transmission block and the number of a resource block according to the modulation method in a 3GPP LTE(3rd Generation Partnership Project Long Term Evolution) system. A modulation system and coded system are determined according to a CQI(Channel quality information)(S320). The number of allocated resource blocs is determined according to a modulation method with reference to a resource allocation table(S330). The resource allocation table stores the number of transferable bits corresponding to the number of resource blocks. The number of bits multiplexes the number of resource blocks, the number of resource units used for data transmission by resource block.

In order to transmit data between layers in a communication system, and ARQ controller determines a transmission method of a service packet according to QoS of the service packet of an upper layer, determines a retransmission method of the service packet according to the transmission method, generates a fragmentation block by fragmentizing and concatenating the service packet according to a transmission amount of the service packet determined by the transmission method, generates a data packet including the fragmentation block and fragmentation block information, adds radio link control information including the retransmission method to the data packet to generate a radio link control data packet, and transmits the radio link control data packet to a MAC layer.

A method for transmitting/receiving data capable of improving effectiveness of retransmission in multimedia broadcast multicast service system and apparatus thereof are provided to effectively use a wireless resource by preventing a retransmission of an unnecessary data. A method for transmitting/receiving data capable of improving effectiveness of retransmission in multimedia broadcast multicast service system comprises the following steps: a step for confirming a terminal which receives a data provided with a multimedia broadcast multicast service(S102); and a step for determining an existence and a nonexistence of an error report feedback about the retransmission of the data according to the number of confirmed terminals(S104).

A method for allocating radio resources for data transmission in a packet-based mobile communication system and a method for transmitting data therein are provided to minimize the usage of a control channel by allocating radio resources of uplink and downlink data channels in a persistent allocation method at a connection setup time for a packet service and transmitting data through persistently allocated resources. A base station allocates terminal identifiers to UEs(User Equipments) respectively. Based on a control message delivered from an upper layer, the base station transmits information associated with the allocation of uplink/downlink RBs(Resource Blocks) and the location information of the uplink/downlink RBs to a specific UE and allocates a persistent RB. The base station encodes the allocated persistent RB in order to transmit data to the specific UE through the persistent RB.

A method for reporting measurement information in a packet-based communication system is provided to enable a UE(User Equipment), which is executing a low power consumption operation in an active state, to measure and report information about a serving cell and neighbor cells according to a measurement report parameter in order to support handover. A UE receives neighbor node B information and handover-associated threshold information from a serving node B(401). The serving node B carries out an RRC(Radio Resource Control) connection to provide a packet service together with the UE(402). Then the serving node B determines a DRX/DTX operation while providing the packet service(403). At this moment, the serving node B negotiates with the UE on DRX/DTX parameters and a measurement report parameter(404,405), and notifies the UE of the determined parameters(406). Based on the determined parameters, the UE measures and reports information about the serving cell and neighbor cells while executing the DRX/DTX operation(407).

A method and an apparatus for allocating resources in a wireless communication system are provided to allocate resource efficiently with a simple system by performing a plurality of transmissions through persistent resources allocation without using a feedback channel. A method for allocating resources in a wireless communication system includes the steps of: receiving the setting of service quality based on a predetermined service(S312); performing persistent resources allocation(S314) in response to a resource allocation request for the setting of the service quality(S313); determining a re-transmission method in the persistent resources allocation(S315); and setting and transmitting transmission data according to the determined re-transmission method(S316,S317). An update is performed by maintaining a feedback path of the service quality and feeding back the setting of the service quality.
