Abstract: 화면 내 예측 오프셋을 이용한 부호화/복호화 방법 및 그 장치를 제안한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화면 내 예측 오프셋을 이용한 부호화 장치는 영상 데이터를 수신하면 현재 블록에 대해 율 왜곡 최적화 방법을 이용하여 예측 모드와 오프셋을 선택하는 율 왜곡 최적화부; 상기 현재 블록의 부호화된 주변 정보를 이용하여 상기 예측 모드로 예측 블록을 생성하는 화면 내 예측부; 및, 상기 예측 블록과 상기 오프셋을 픽셀단위로 덧셈하여 오프셋 보상한 예측 블록 생성하는 오프셋 보상부를 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A video encoding/decoding method and apparatus are provided to manage adaptive interpolation filters and adaptive loop filters with a list. CONSTITUTION: A filter decision unit an adaptive filter corresponding to a present image(S310). A filter list controller compares the decided adaptive filter with one or more existing adaptive filters included in a filter manager(S320). The filter list controller decides whether to add the decided adaptive filter to the filter manager(S350). Using the adaptive filter included in the filter manager, the present image is encoded(S370).

CONSTITUTION: A cost function calculating unit(110) receives an input image and a transmission channel error rate.
