Abstract:
In surface treating apparatus having rotatable treating members movable over a surface, a container for liquid wax which is positioned in a compartment and has an outlet at its bottom normally closed by a valve having a vertically movable stem. A quantity of liquid wax is dispensed from the container each time the valve is moved upward from its closed position and returned thereto. The container is prevented from moving upward in its compartment when the valve is moved from its closed position by an upward force applied to the valve stem.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A cleaning device comprises a surface interaction layer (ML), a cleaning fluid supply (CFF) provided with a cleaning fluid channel (CFC) at the surface interaction layer (ML) for supplying a cleaning fluid to a surface (F) through the surface interaction layer (ML) being in contact with the surface (F), and a dirty fluid drain (DFD) having a dirty fluid channel (DFC) at the surface interaction layer (ML) for draining, by means of underpressure, dirty water from the surface (F) through the surface interaction layer (ML) being in contact with the surface (F).
Abstract:
A liquid extraction cleaning device comprises a main unit, a liquid pump, a flexible hose, and a hand tool. The main unit comprises a vacuum pump. The hand tool comprises a vacuum inlet port, an agitator, a spray nozzle, and a grip portion. The vacuum inlet port of the hand tool is operatively connected to the vacuum pump via the hose passageway in a manner such that the vacuum pump is capable of drawing fluid through the vacuum inlet port and into the hose passageway. The spray nozzle is operatively connected to the liquid pump in a manner such that the liquid pump is capable of forcing liquid out of the spray nozzle.
Abstract:
In one aspect of the invention, a portable floor care system with manually interchangeable AC and DC vacuum motor head assemblies for use in cleaning hard surface flooring may include: a reservoir defining an interior space operable to hold a cleaning liquid; a spigot fluidly connected to the reservoir interior space, the spigot manually adjustable through a range between a fully open position and a fully closed position, whereby when the reservoir contains a cleaning liquid, a user may dispense and regulate the flow of the cleaning liquid from the reservoir through the spigot by manually adjusting the spigot; a vacuum recovery tank; an AC vacuum motor head assembly and a DC vacuum motor head assembly manually and interchangeably fluidly connectable to the vacuum recovery tank; and a DC power supply assembly. In another aspect of the invention, a portable floor care system with manually interchangeable AC and DC vacuum motor head assemblies for use in cleaning hard surface flooring may include a reservoir assembly including: a reservoir defining an interior space operable to hold a cleaning liquid; a wheeled chassis; and a spigot fluidly connected to the reservoir interior space, the spigot manually adjustable through a range between a fully open position and a fully closed position, whereby when the reservoir contains a cleaning liquid, a user may dispense and regulate the flow of the cleaning liquid from the reservoir through the spigot by manually adjusting the spigot. The portable floor care system may further include: a vacuum recovery tank manually and removably positionable on the reservoir assembly; an AC vacuum motor head assembly and a DC vacuum motor head assembly interchangeably manually and removably positionable on the vacuum recovery tank in fluid communication with the vacuum recovery tank; and a DC power supply assembly manually and removably positionable on the reservoir assembly.
Abstract:
A cleaner 1 includes a cleaner body 10 including a main cleaning unit 30 for generating suction force, a nozzle assembly 20 rotatably connected to the cleaner body 10 and including a suction port for sucking in air and dust, and an auxiliary cleaning unit 40 connected to the nozzle assembly 20 and including a cloth supporter 41 to which a cloth 50 is attached. The nozzle assembly 20 includes a front wheel 214 and a rear wheel 23 spaced apart from the front wheel 214, and a shaft 232 of the rear wheel 23 is relatively movably connected to the nozzle assembly 20 to change a contact area between the cloth 50 and a floor F.
