Abstract:
본 발명은 풍력발전기의 날개에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 고리가 형성된 수평축 풍력발전기의 날개에 관한 것이다. 날개에 고리를 형성하여 고리가 모든 날개를 하나로 동결함으로 인하여, 날개의 두께를 얇게 할 수 있어서 날개의 무게가 가볍게 되고, 날개의 폭을 넓게 할 수 있고, 날개의 수를 다수로 할 수 있어서 날개의 효율을 극대화시키고, 날개가 고리에 고정되어 있으므로 태풍 등의 강풍에 부러짐 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 바람이 약한 곳에서도 발전이 용이한 고리 있는 수평축 풍력발전기의 날개에 관한 것으로서, 분할제작 방법으로는 고리를 날개의 수로 나뉘어, 날개 한 개와 나뉜 고리 한 개를 묶어서 용접이나 나사 등으로 동결하거나, 날개 한 개와 나뉜 고리 한 개 묶음을 주조법으로 일체로 형성한다. 마그네슘 합금, 텅스텐 합금 등을 이용하면 가볍고 견고해서 항구적으로 이용 가능한 고리 있는 수평축 풍력발전기 날개에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
An aqueous phosphoric bonding solution consists essentially of phosphoric acid, a source of magnesium ions, and a leachable corrosion inhibitor. The bonding solution is stable with respect to inorganic metal particles, such as aluminum, which are admixed to the bonding solution for the preparation of a coating slurry. Metal parts coated with the coating compositions have very satisfactory properties such as heat and corrosion resistance.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zylinder-Kurbelgehäuse (1, 201, 301, 401, 501) für eine Brennkraftmaschine in Leichtbauweise mit zumindest einem in eine Außenstruktur (2, 202, 302, 402, 502) eingegossenen Eingussstück (4, 204, 304, 404, 504). Um Gewicht einzusparen und trotzdem hohe Verbrennungsdrücke zu ermöglichen ist vorgesehen, dass das Eingussstück (4, 204, 304, 404, 504) - zumindest teilweise - aus partikelverstärkten Leichtmetall, vorzugsweise aus einer partikelverstärkten Aluminium- oder Magnesiumlegierung, besteht.
Abstract:
A casting steel having high strength and low thermal expansion which has a chemical composition in mass %: C: 0.1 to 0.8 %, Si: 0.1 to 1.0 %, Mn: 0.1 to 1.0 %, S: 0.01 to 0.1 %, Ni: more than 40 % and not more than 50 %, Co: 4 % or less (including 0 %), Cr: more than 1.5 % and not more than 4 %, Al: 0.01 to 0.1 %, Mg: 0.001 to 0.1 % and balance: substantially Fe. The casting steel can be suitably used for a part having a ring shape which exhibits a low average thermal expansion coefficient in the temperature range of 20 to 500˚C, a high strength at 500˚C and good resistance to oxidation and thus can be used as a blade ring or a ring for retaining a seal ring for use in a gas turbine.

Ein Zylinderkurbelgehäuse (1) für eine flüssigkeitgekühlte Brennkraftmaschine ist in einem Verbundguss auszubilden, wobei ein Aluminium-Triebwerksblock (2) von einem Magnesium-Gehäuse (10) umgossen ist. Das Zylinderkurbelgehäuse (1) ist derart konzipiert, dass der Alu-Triebwerksblock (2) wesentlich der Kraftverteilung zwischen Zylinderkopf und den Kurbelwellen-Lagerdeckeln (4) dient sowie der Kühlwasserführung, wobei das Magnesium-Gehäuse (10) frei von einer Kühlwasser-Führung überwiegend der schmierölführung dient und im ümbrigen zur anteiligen Versteifung gegen Biege- und Torsionsbelastungen entsprechend durchgebildet ist.
Abstract:
A swash plate type compressor (10) having a cylinder block (12, 14) with cylinder bores (18) disposed parallel to the axis of the cylinder block. A rotary shaft (22) rotatably mounted within the cylinder block carries an aluminium swash plate (20). The swash plate (20) is fixed in the rotary shaft (22) and has two facial surfaces (26) and an end surface (28). The swash plate (20) has a coating layer of at least 0.2 wt.% cobalt and the balance being tin. A piston (16) reciprocally fitted within the cylinder bore (18) contains shoes (24) which slideably intervene between the piston (16) and the swash plate facial surfaces (26). The shoes (24) transfer the rotational motion of the swash plate (20) to the linear motion of the piston (16). The coated surfaces (26) of the swash plate (20) are in slidable contact with the shoes (24). The coating on the swash plate (20) permits the use of low silicon alloy aluminium without the need of metal plating or high finish polishing.
