    Abstract: According to an embodiment of the disclosure, a method for performing beam failure recovery by a terminal in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: transmitting, by the terminal in a beam failure situation, a beam failure recovery request to a base station; and performing beam failure recovery by monitoring a response to the beam failure recovery request, wherein whether to stop the step of performing beam failure recovery is determined by monitoring of monitoring spaces set based on one or more control resource sets established for the terminal and the step of performing beam failure recovery is stopped when the beam quality for at least one of the one or more control resource sets, except for a control resource set that is established exclusively for beam failure recovery, satisfies a predetermined requirement.

    Abstract: The present specification relates to a method for transceiving uplink data (UL data) in a wireless communication system, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) comprising: receiving a first uplink grant (UL grant) from a base station; transmitting a first item of uplink data (UL data) to the base station on the basis of the first uplink grant; receiving, from the base station, a HARQ response to the first item of uplink data; and transmitting a second item of uplink data (UL data) to the base station, wherein the method further comprises a step of transceiving, with the base station, indication information indicating whether the second item of uplink data is HARQ data or non-HARQ data.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system receives configuration information for random access channel (RACH) resources. The UE transmits a first preamble of a random access procedure using a first RACH resource among the RACH resources based on the configuration information, and monitors a RAR message of the random access procedure based on a first random access radio network temporary identifier (RA-RNTI). In the present invention, the first RA-RNTI is computed based on an index of a time unit of the first RACH resource and an index of the first symbol of the first RACH resource, where each time unit consists of 14 symbols in a time domain, and the index of the first symbol of the first RACH resource is a non-negative integer value smaller than 14.
