Afin de permettre l'introduction successive de cylindres de gaz dans un carrousel de remplissage d'une installation de remplissage on utilise un bras pivotant (18), qui tourne autour d'un arbre vertical (16) monté latéralement par rapport à une station d'entrée (4), disposée côté sous le vent par rapport au déplacement du carrousel. L'arbre pivotant (18) tourne en sychronisme avec le carrousel et pousse le cylindre (12) sur le carrousel avec une vitesse décroissante. Le cylindre est accéléré dans la direction du déplacement du carrousel par son frottement avec ce dernier et le cylindre est maintenu contre une partie d'extrémité (22) de l'arbre pivotant et est guidé entièrement sur le carrousel pendant la dernière partie du mouvement d'introduction par poussée du bras pivotant. Il est possible d'obtenir des conditions presque optimales d'introduction par rapport à la rapidité et à la précision de positionnement en utilisant un mécanisme extrêmement simple, qui travaille correctement indépendamment de la variation de la vitesse de rotation du carrousel.

The invention relates to a feed device (11) for successively machining hollow bodies at machining stations which are arranged in an annular manner, to a drawing machine for successively machining hollow bodies, to a method for successively feeding hollow bodies to machining stations arranged in an annular manner, and to a corresponding computer program. The aim of the invention is to allow a large number of machining stations be provided without requiring an excessive amount of space or using resources in a similarly inefficient manner. This is achieved in that a feed device for successively machining hollow bodies at machining stations arranged in an annular manner is provided, comprising a first circumferential guide (13) for first machining stations, comprising a second circumferential guide (14) for second machining stations, wherein one of the guides (14) is arranged within the other guide (13), and comprising a transferring unit (17) for transferring a hollow body into the first guide (13) and/or the second guide (14).

Die Erfindung ist auf eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Ausweisen von mittels einer Fördereinrichtung (2) transportiertem Stückgut (8,10), insbesondere Behältnisse, gerichtet. Diese Vorrichtung (1) umfasst zumindest einen ersten und einen zweiten Aktuator (12,14), die im Bereich der Fördereinrichtung (2) und in der Förderrichtung (X) hintereinander angeordnet sind. Die Aktuatoren (12,14) sind, um gemeinsam eine erste zumindest zeitweise oberhalb der Fördereinrichtung (2) angeordnete Förderkurve auszubilden, in eine erste Förderkonfiguration, in der sie erste Aktuatorlängen ausbilden, überführbar, die von mindestens einer zweiten Förderkonfiguration, in der die Aktuatoren (12,14) zweite Aktuatorlängen ausbilden, verschieden ist. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Aktuatorlängen der Aktuatoren (12,14) einstellbar.

A system for packaging oriented containers (60) in a container carrier (55) wherein a plurality of containers (60) are fed into an orienter device (25) for orienting a container (60) in a desired rotational position prior to placement in a container carrier (55). The orienter device includes a reader (37) for determining an initial orientation of the container (60); a control system for determining a shortest rotational distance from the initial orientation to the desired rotational position between a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction; and a chuck (30) engaged with the container (60) and in communication with the control system for rotating the container the shortest rotational distance to the desired rotational position. After being correctly oriented the containers (60) are associated with the carrier (55) in a conventional packaging machine (20).
