PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive silicone grease composition having high heat resistance and hardly causing oil bleeding. SOLUTION: The thermally conductive silicone grease composition at least comprises (B) a thermally conductive filler (for instance, aluminum oxide powder, zinc oxide powder, or aluminum nitride powder), and (C) an organopolysiloxane having silicon atom-binding hydrogen atoms at both termini of the molecular chain and in the molecular chain. In the formula, R 1 s are same or different monovalent hydrocarbon groups, X are same or different monovalent hydrocarbon groups or alkoxysilyl-containing groups represented by a general formula: -R 2 -SiR 1 a (OR 3 ) (3-a) (wherein R 1 is the same as the above, R 2 is an oxygen atom or an alkylene group, R 3 is an alkyl group, (a) is an integer of 0-2), and m and n are integers of 0 or larger individually. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very easily treatable silicone grease composition capable of being easily, uniformly and thinly coated, having extremely improved preservation stability at room temperature, and also exhibiting heat radiation characteristics. SOLUTION: The silicone grease composition for heat radiation comprises (A) 0-30 mass% organopolysiloxane represented by general formula (1): R 1 a SiO (4-a)/2 (1) (wherein, R 1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; and 1.8≤a≤2.2), and having 50-500,000 mm 2 /s dynamic viscosity at 25°C, (B) 0-30 mass% organopolysiloxane represented by general formula (2) (wherein, R 2 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; R 3 is an alkyl group, an alkoxyalkyl group, an alkenyl group or an acyl group; n is 5-100 and b is 1-3) [with the proviso that the total of the components (A) and (B) is 3-30 mass%], (C) 60-96.9 mass% thermoconductive filler having ≥10 W/m°C thermal conductivity, and (D) 0.1-10 mass% slightly volatile isoparaffin compound capable of dispersing or dissolving the components (A) and (B), and having 260-360°C boiling point (with the proviso that the total of the components (A) to (D) is 100 mass%) as essential components. The present invention provides a grease composition which is excellent in peel resistance, not to mention lubricity, as compared with the prior art products. A novel grease composition for rolling bearing is provided, comprising a base oil, an extender, an inorganic compound-based filler having an average particle diameter of not more than 2 mum and zinc dithiocarbamate.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine based grease composition suitable for a rolling bearing under a high temperature condition, having an excellent anti-rust property and reducing an environmental load, and a bearing filled with this. SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises a base oil consisting of a fluorine based synthetic oil and 0.1 mass% to less than 1.0 mass% of an aliphatic diacid salt represented by general formula (1) as an anti-rust agent. Provided that the general formula (1) is (CH 2 ) n (COO) 2 M m , wherein n represents an integer of 1-19, M represents an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal, and m represents 2 when M represents the alkali metal, and represents 1 when M represents the alkaline earth metal.
