Abstract:
The present invention relates to a construction structure of an artificial turf stadium, and, more specifically, to an environment-friendly construction structure of an artificial turf stadium which is provided to remove a relatively expensive elastic pad layer, to maintain the performance for adsorbing harmful substances such as heavy metals, to keep water permeability and to purify the environment by filtering rainwater and waste water. The construction structure of an artificial turf stadium according to the present invention comprises a stomped-rubble layer having the upper surface flattened by stomping supplied steelmaking slag; an underground layer composed of either a permeable concrete layer or an ascon layer; and an artificial turf layer. The filling layer filled in the upper part of the artificial turf layer is composed of a steelmaking slag layer layered on the upper part of the artificial turf layer; a silica layer layered on the upper part of the artificial layer; and an elastic chip layer layered on the upper part of the silica layer, wherein an elastic chip is composed of, every 100 parts of weight of a thermoplastic elastic body: wood flower: 5-50 parts by weight; a wood flour binder: 10-50 parts by weight; an inorganic filler: 100-400 parts by weight; mineral oil: 50-200; and a processing material for preventing the physical property change and discoloration of the elastic body: 2-10. The charcoal adsorption layer is formed on the pelletized filling material.

PURPOSE: A water permeable elastic mat with a flood prevention function is provided to facilitate the draining of water to the ground by the water permeability of a mat, to enable the ground to easily absorb the water, and to induce active microbial activity. CONSTITUTION: A water permeable elastic mat with a flood prevention function comprises a bottom plate(110), a center plate(120), a top plate(130), and a wire mesh(200). The bottom plate is arranged on the bottom surface of an exercise facility, playground, promenade, or jogging road, and is equipped with a plurality of water permeable holes(300) to vertically penetrate the bottom plate. The center plate is attached to the upper surface of the bottom plate, and is formed into an opened cell type. The top plate is attached to the upper surface of the center plate, and is formed into a closed cell type. The wire mesh is interposed between the center plate and the top plate for adhering by a urethane adhesive.

PURPOSE: An impact-absorbing pad and artificial lawn containing the same are provided to enable easy mounting on the ground and to ensure excellent processability. CONSTITUTION: An impact-absorbing pad(100) comprises a highly expandable sheet layer(110), an impact absorbing layer(130), and a strength reinforcing layer(120). The elongation of the high expandable sheet layer is 50% or more. The impact absorbing layer absorbs the impact transferred through the highly expandable sheet layer. The strength reinforcing layer reinforces the strength of the impact-absorbing pad.

PURPOSE: A method for laying a heating wire with an air tube is provided to improve thermal efficiency, and to extend the service life of concrete. CONSTITUTION: A method for laying a heating wire with an air tube(3) comprises following steps. A copper pipe with a diameter of 6~10mm is formed under the bottom. Concrete is placed in the pipe and cured. Water with a temperature of 40~60degrees passes through the pipe, and the temperature of a packing surface is heated at a temperature of six degrees. The air tube with heat insulation property and contractility is laid in the concrete in order to prevent thermal expansion in an undesirable direction.

PURPOSE: Filler for artificial turf having improved moisturizing and heat radiating functions and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to descend the temperature of artificial turf by gradually emitting absorbed moisture. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of filler for artificial turf having improved moisturizing and heat radiating functions is as follows. A composition is prepared by mixing 5-50 weight% of wood powder, 10-50 weight% of wood powder binder, 100-400 weight% of inorganic filler, 50-200 weight% of mineral oil, and 2-10 weight% of processing material based on 100 weight% of thermoplastic elastomer(S100). Primary filler is prepared by extruding and pelleting the composition(S200). A heat radiating layer is formed by spreading a mixed solution on the outer surface of the primary filler(S300). Secondary filler having a porous heat radiating layer is prepared on the outer surface of the heat radiating layer(S400).
