Abstract:
Provided is an electrode material constituting a movable electrode 50 of a thermal fuse 1, wherein the electrode material has a clad structure where a base layer including Cu or a Cu alloy is joined to a contact point layer made of a Ag-CuO based oxide-dispersion-strengthened alloy. The present invention is an electrode material that is suitable for a movable electrode of a thermal fuse and can solve the problem of the failure of contact with the case in association with long-term use. In this electrode material, it is preferable that a contact layer including Ag be joined to a back surface of the base layer in order to improve resistance to contact with a case 10.

Abstract:
The invention relates to an electrical device, comprising an electrically conductive element and a plastic part in contact with the conductive element, wherein at least a part of the electrically conductive element is made of a silver comprising composition and wherein the plastic part, partially or integrally, is made of polymer composition comprising a semi-aromatic polyamide (X) comprising units derived from aliphatic diamines and dicarboxylic acids, wherein (a) the dicarboxylic acids (A) consist of a mixture of 5-65 mole% aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and/or aromatic dicarboxylic acid other than terephthalic acid (A1) and 35-95 mole % terephthalic acid (A2); (b) the aliphatic diamines (B) consist a mixture of 10-70 mole% of a short chain aliphatic diamine with 2-5 C atoms (B1) and 30-90 mole % of a long chain aliphatic diamine with at least 6 C atoms (B2); and (c) the combined molar amount of terephthalic acid (A2) and the long chain aliphatic diamine (B2) is at least 60 mole %, relative to the total molar amount of the dicarboxylic acids and diamines.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A sheet switch comprises a pair of flexible insulative films (13,14), one of which (13) is provided with a plurality of electrodes (16), resistances (17) connected to the electrodes, respectively, and line patterns (18) for externally connecting the electrodes via the resistances. The other insulative film (14) is also provided with a plurality of second electrodes (19) at positions corresponding to the first electrodes (16), respectively, and a space is defined between each of the facing electrodes (16,19). The line pattern is a laminated structure consisting of an underlayer formed of a low resistance paste and an upper layer formed of a high resistanoe paste coated over the underlayer. The underlayer formed of a low resistance paste is partially disconnected to define a gap, so that the resistance is formed integrally with the upper layer formed of a high resistance paste at a position corresponding to the gap.
Abstract:
An electronic keyboard includes a base defining a surface having a plurality of faces oriented at different angles. A flexible printed circuit defining rows of switches is disposed on the base surface and rows of switch actuators are disposed on the printed circuit. The actuators comprise key guide strips which define key positions offset along the rows from the switch positions and spring strips which bridge the key and switch positions so that, when keys slidably mounted in the key guide strips are depressed, they close the associated switches. The spring strips are designed to produce minimum operator fatigue and all of the keyboard components coact to give the keyboard a very low profile.
