Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating structure of high heat insulating performance and low costs, and to provide a beverage dispenser including the same. SOLUTION: The first heat insulating structure 10 is formed by using rectangular bendable sheet-like vacuum heat insulating materials 1-4. The first heat insulating structure 10 includes a rectangular bottom wall 10a, a storage space 41 configured by combining four vacuum heat insulating materials 1-4 having sidewalls 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b respectively vertically disposed from one side of an edge section of the bottom wall 10a, and an insertion hole 45 for inserting a drain pipe 31 extending from an inner side to an outer side of the storage space 41. An edge section 45a of the insertion hole 45 is configured to surround the entire circumference of the drain pipe 31 by combining the vacuum heat insulating materials 1-4. At least a part of the circumference of the insertion hole 45 is formed by overlapping the corresponding vacuum heat insulating materials 1-4 double to each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem on a conventional two-shaft hinge which has a through-hole in a horizontal shaft portion, through which a vertical shaft portion passes, that a through-port is opened to the horizontal shaft portion to reduce the rigidity of the horizontal shaft portion, resulting in an unavoidable increase in the size of the hinge to secure the rigidity of components. SOLUTION: In this two-shaft hinge, the conventional horizontal shaft portion is divided in two and the vertical shaft portion is added thereto to form a three-shaft structure. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem on a conventional two-shaft hinge which has a through-hole in a horizontal shaft portion for a vertical shaft portion to pass therethrough, that a through-port is formed in the horizontal shaft portion to reduce the rigidity of the horizontal shaft portion and to hardly avoid an increase in the size of the hinge when securely combining components. SOLUTION: This hinge mechanism has a total-three-shaft structure consisting of the conventional horizontal shaft portion split in two and the vertical shaft portion.
