Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generating body and a heat generating member that can be heated in a short period of time by being irradiated with microwaves, thus shortening a cooking time.SOLUTION: A heat generating body is a mixture of carbide generating heat by being irradiated with microwaves, a flame-retardant agent for restricting a temperature rise of the carbide to a set target temperature, and an adhesive for mutually bonding the flame-retardant agent and the carbide. The heat generating body is formed into a thin and flat sheet-like shape that can obtain a caloric content sufficient to make a food product nice and brown by the radiation of microwaves.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a hot-house lining film enabling high heat-insulation effect to be expected and aiming at cutting heating costs. SOLUTION: The structure of a hot-house lining film is formed as follows: hanging down a first lining film 10 to be supported with an upper-end supporting member 40 followed by fixing a spacer member 30 to a framework material 110 via the first lining film 10; and supporting a second lining film 20 with the upper-end supporting member 40 to make the film hang down so that the second lining film 20 is disposed at the inside of the spacer member 30 because the spacer member 30 having a prescribed thickness lies at the inner surface of the first lining film 10. Such a structure makes an air layer between the first lining film 10 and the second lining film 20 so as to improve heat-insulating effect relative to that by a conventional means using a single lining film. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation apparatus for a greenhouse designed so as to prevent such malfunction that a ventilation member is kept open at a prescribed open angle due to unintended movement of an operative mechanism. SOLUTION: The ventilation apparatus for greenhouse is installed in the main body part 2b of the operative mechanism 2. The main body part 2b is provided with a movable member 9 movable up and down independent of the main body part 2b, a push spring 11 intervening between the movable member 9 and the main body part 2b and energizing the movable member 9 in its descending direction, a guide pin 7 installed at the front edge part of a locking member 6, and a path 10 which is formed in the movable member 9 and through which the guide pin 7 is movably inserted. The path 10 has a first area 10a in which the guide pin 7 is engaged to inhibit the locking member 6 from rotating in one direction, and a second area 10b communicating with the first area 10a to rotate the guide pin 7 getting out of the first area 10a. Further the apparatus is provided with a first linear member 12 connected to the movable member 9 and pulled to move the movable member 9 in its rising direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured driving gear for a greenhouse saving labor in driving a member to be driven in the greenhouse. SOLUTION: The driving gear for a greenhouse has the following mechanism: materials to be driven are expanded due to temperature rise in the greenhouse in such a condition that a first engaged part 51b formed at a rock plate 50 is engaged with an engaging pin 12a of an actuator 10; a traveling member 30 moves in one direction along a support frame 20 when a piston 12 is elongated relative to a cylinder 11; an end window 100 joined via an arm 40 automatically opens in accordance with temperature change; and the travelling member 30 moves in a direction opposite to the above-mentioned one to close the end window 100. An automatic operation mode and a manual operation mode can be easily switched over only through selecting whether or not to make the first engaged part 51b of the rock plate 50 and the engaging pin 12a engage with each other. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide corrosion-proof steel having excellent anti-fouling property and rust resistance, keeping the appearance for a long time, having excellent adhesiveness while peel of or damage to a coating film hardly occurs in a working process or the like, and a to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The corrosion-proof steel includes a base iron, a galvanized film as a first layer coating film provided on a surface of the base iron, and a zinc-containing corrosion-proof coating film as a second layer coating film formed on the first layer coating film and consisting of corrosion-preventive compositions containing metal powder containing zinc, and inorganic binder. A corrosion-proof layer having excellent anti-fouling property, rust-proofness, and adhesiveness is formed on the base iron with a double-layered coating film formed by superposing the zinc-containing corrosion-proof coating film having the sacrificial corrosion prevention effect of zinc on the galvanized coating film. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the transfer loss of rotary power from an input shaft side more than in the conventional case. SOLUTION: The side edge faces 43a and 43b of actuation piece 43 on the input side of an input shaft 40, which is arranged so that it may be positioned between the inner faces of individual hooked parts 31, 32 formed on a coil spring 30 to be arranged in a casing, are formed so that they may push the positions more inside than the hooked positions of the hooked parts 31 and 32 toward the inside face of the hooked parts 31 and 32. Thus, the transfer loss of rotary power can be reduced, as the coil spring 30 on the side edge faces 43a and 43b of the actuation piece 43 on the input side is quickly wound up toward the inner faces of the hooked parts 31 and 32 and can shrink the diameter with the resistance of the spring decreased.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for preventing cutting of a running wire caused by circumferential rotation of the running wire. SOLUTION: This mechanism comprises connecting a functional element 2 with a running wire 4. A guide element 3 has a pipe connector 31 connecting with a leading pipe 5 and a wire connecting part 32 in which a running wire 4 is inserted and so the connecting part is engaged with the leading pipe 5 and connected with the running wire 4. The function element 2 pushes a guide element 3 according to running of the running wire 4 and, thereby, the leading pipe 5 is moved. By interlocking the running wire 4 with the leading pipe 5, even if the running wire 4 circumferentially rotates, the function element 2 of the connecting part also rotates around the running wire 4 as the rotation axis. Thereby, torsion load is not applied on the running wire 4 itself and so cutting of the running wire 4 is prevented.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for monitoring a stomatal aperture, accurately grasping the water stress condition of a plant with an easy means. SOLUTION: This method for monitoring a stomatal aperture includes arranging each a wet surface imitation leaf 1 getting wet in water and a dried imitation leaf 2 evaporating completely no water in the vicinity of a raw leaf 110 of a plant 100, measuring each leaf temperature of the raw leaf 110, the wet surface imitation leaf 1, and the dried imitation leaf 2, and obtaining a stomatal aperture of the raw leaf 110 using each of the measured leaf temperatures. Since each leaf temperature of the raw leaf, the wet surface imitation leaf, and the dried imitation leaf is measured, it is possible to exclude environmental factors based on the leaf temperatures, and accurately grasp the relative value of the stomatal aperture by an easy means.
