The fumigation device of fresh fruits and vegetables additionally comprises a differential pressure gauge (190) which is formed outside the structure (170) and displays inside and outside pressure difference of the structure (170). A plurality of fumigation gas spraying nozzles (50-1) sprays the fumigation gas to the inside of the structure (170) after forming an inside pressure of the structure (170) with a negative pressure and is formed on the end of the air supply line (90-1).
