[ 과제 ] 본 발명은 기존의 가솔린용 내연기관의 구조 또는 재질의 변경을 필요로 하지 않고, 종래의 가솔린과 같은 정도 또는 그 이상의 효율과 출력을 얻을 수 있으며 또한, 배기가스중의 일산화탄소(CO)와 탄화수소(HC), 질소산화물(NOx)의 농도가 종래의 기술과 비교해서 현저하게 감소하는 저공해용 첨가제 조성물의 개량 및 제조 방법과 이에 따르는 블랜딩 시스템 [ 해결방법 ] 본 발명은 적어도 1종류의 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소를 갖는 경질 나프타 10∼85±5wt%, 적어도 2종류의 지방족 1가의 알코을 1∼10±5wt%, 적어도 1종류의 에테르를 1∼5±5wt%로 이루어지는 중합체 조성물과 신균주 Mixture khr-5-mx(수탁번호 KCTC 0078BP)에서 생산된 Biosurfactant로 이루어지는 저공해용 액체연료 첨가제 조성물로, 그 조성물의 극성이 가까운 순으로 혼합함으로서 완성된다. 상기 조성물을 가솔린과 혼합 또는 단독으로 사용하는 것으로 가솔린과 같은 정도 또는 그 이상의 출력과 효율을 얻을 수 있고, 또한 배기 가스중의 CO 및 HC, NOx를 기준치 이하로 현저하게 감소한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Novel bacillus khr-10-mx gene, a clean emulsion expressed from the gene, and an additive composition for liquid fuel containing the clean emulsion for inducing reduction of harmful gas are provided, which can increase octane value of internal combustion engine for preventing abnormal combustion of internal combustion engine, so that output power, torque and fuel efficiency are enhanced, and emission of air pollutants such as CO, HC, NOx is reduced. CONSTITUTION: The additive composition for liquid fuel is characterized in that it comprises 10 to 50 wt.% of at least two kinds of aliphatic alcohol having 2 to 11 of hydrocarbon; 10 to 50 wt.% of at least one kind of unsaturated or saturated hydrocarbon; 10 to 30 wt.% of at least one kind of ether having two cyclic hydrocarbon radical of less than 6 of carbon atom, the ether being at least one kind selected from a group consisting of methyl t-butyl ether (MTBE), t-amyl methyl ether (TAME) or t-butyl ether. The additive composition is used by mixing with biological clean dispersant at a weight ratio of 0.01 to 1 of the dispersant to the additive composition. The biological clean dispersant is prepared by cultivating as a strain at least more than one selected from a group consisting of bacillus khr-10-mx (KCTC 8533P) and khr-5-mx (KCTC 0078BP) at 5x10¬8 CFU/ml to 5x10¬9 CFU/ml, followed by separation and purification.

PURPOSE: A method for constructing a complex barrier on a fundamental ground of waste reclaiming place is provided by which the constructed complex barrier has a good strength property, water permeability and is able to excellently self-from and self-recover. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing a complex barrier comprises steps of: (i) inoculating microbial fungus on soil for constructing barrier to prevent the contact between soil particle and cement mineral and disintegrate humic acid, which inhibits pozzolanic reaction between the soil particle and cement mineral to bond together and solidify, in a short time; (ii) mixing solidifying materials causing pozzolanic reaction with the treated soil of step (i) to obtain the solidified soil; (iii) multi-layering the obtained solidified soil on the place where the barrier is installed; and (iv) treating the outer layer and then curing it.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is an SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor) system with jet aeration/mixing system. In the SBR system, sludge produced in SBR is stored in a tank, and aerobic bacteria are inoculated into the sludge for decomposing organics of sludge in the aerobic and anoxic conditions. Aerobic and anoxic conditions are made by the jet aeration/mixing system. And residual sludge is mixed with oxidant for oxidation of sludge. Continuously oxidized sludge is recycled to SBR as organics and carbon sources of denitrification and phosphorus removal, and mixed with raw wastewater in the SBR by the jet aeration/mixing system. Consequently, sludge volume of SBR is reduced efficiently. CONSTITUTION: The jet aeration/mixing system includes: a jet-aerator for mixing and aerating wastewater; a pump for supplying wastewater to a pressurized liquid line(303); a blower for supplying air to a pressure air line(301); several inner nozzles(304) connected with the pressurized liquid line(303); several air ducts(302) equipped with the pressure air line(301); and a mixing chamber(305) for mixing liquid supplied from the pressurized liquid line(303) and air supplied from the pressure air line(301).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An advanced biological nitrogen and phosphorous treatment method in SBR(sequencing batch reactor) process and a sludge non-discharging system thereof are provided to reduce maintenance cost and solve problems related with secondary pollution of sludge treatment. CONSTITUTION: Inflow reaction, biological reaction, sludge settlement, treatment water discharge and cessation processes are reiterated continuously in an SBR pre-reaction tank(14) and an SBR main reaction tank(15). Nitrification and denitrification bacteria, polyphosphorous bacteria and bacteria producing biopolymer cohesive agent are inoculated and activated in the BR pre-reaction tank(14) and the SBR main reaction tank(15). A fuzzy and PLC(programmable logic controller) unit controls a pump, a blower, an air valve and a decanter automatically to remove various organic pollutants, nitrogen and phosphorous. A sludge selector transfers sludge generated during the treatment to a sludge selection basin(17) to dissolve it. Sludge formation is prevented by activation of self-oxidation of cytoplasm in the SBR main reaction tank(15).

본 발명은 환경오염원으로서 큰 부분을 차지하는 음식물 쓰레기 및 각종 유기성 폐기물을 주원료로서 이용하는 유기질 비료 및 사료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 악취 발생이 없이 속성으로 제조가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기농법이나 토양개량제 또는 사료로 재활용하는 퇴비화와 사료화 방법에 관한 것이다. 종래의 기술은 발효숙성시키기까지 긴 시간을 요하고 제조공정에 있어서 악취발생이 크기 때문에 공장의 입지 선정에서도 문제가 따랐다. 본 발명은 발효조에 있어서 온도검출센서, 습도검출센서, 산소검출센서 등을 이용하여, 설정된 최적의 조건으로 유기성 폐기물 또는 음식물 쓰레기를 속성발효하기 위해, 각각 검출된 값에 따라 즉시 대응제어하는 마이크로프로세서에 의해 전력펄스신호를 출력하는 인터페이스로부터 인가되는 전력펄스신호에 따라 정해진 각각의 제어시스템을 운영하는 데 그 특징이 있는 것이다.

PURPOSE: A sorting device and a stabilizing method for consolidating a waste burying place and recycling are provided to prevent an environment pollution and to recycle the processed land as a useful land. CONSTITUTION: A sorting and stabilizing method for consolidating a waste burying place and recycling is composed of the steps of: sorting and removing a rough particle and a polymer waste material by digging the contaminated land within a waste reclaiming place; dividing and removing a vinyl element with a wind force after sorting the contaminated land by particle through a screen; dissolving an organic substance among land by injecting a germ in the land after regulating the pre-processed land pH to 7 to 8, temperature to 30 to 50 deg.C and humidity to 40 to 50 %.
