Abstract: PURPOSE: A fluid flow checking device of a pipe is provided to check fluid flowing in the pipe in turning on a lamp, and to measure flow rate of the pipe by counting rpm of an impeller or the number of voltage peak with a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION: A fluid flow checking apparatus is composed of a pipe joint body(10) connecting pipes(p), and having an impeller installation space(11) and a settling installation space between a fluid inlet(i) and a fluid outlet(o); an impeller(20) having plural blades(22) in a shaft(21) to rotate by flowing fluid in the pipe; a generator outputting current by installing a permanent magnet in the shaft of the impeller and mounting an induction coil; and a lamp receiving current from the generator, and turning on to check fluid stream in the pipe joint body. The impeller is turned with flowing fluid in the pipe joint, and voltage is generated with driving the generator. Stream of fluid is checked with turning on the lamp receiving current, and flow rate is measured with detecting the rpm of the impeller or the number of voltage peak from the generator.

Abstract: 본 고안은 y형 스트레이너에 관한 것으로서, 그 목적은 필터설치부 상단의 플랜지와 커버가 2개의 반원커플링으로 체결하여 기밀유지 및 체결이 보다 확실하게 이뤄지고 패킹의 교환은 물론 필터교체작업 내지 청소가 용이하도록 한 것이다.
본 고안은 바디(10)의 필터설치부(13)에 유입구(11)로부터 유입된 유체중의 이물질을 걸러 순수유체만이 유출구(12)로 빠져나가도록 여과필터(17)가 설치되고 상기 필터설치부(13) 상단의 플랜지(13a)엔 패킹(14)에 의해 기밀이 유지되도록 원판형의 커버(15)가 체결된 와이형 스트레이너에 있어서, 상기 유입구(11)측의 바디(10)에는 그 내부의 압력에 따라 여과필터(17)의 교환시기를 알려주는 필터교환인지센서(20)가 구비되며 플랜지(13a)와 커버(15)는 필터설치부(13) 상단의 플랜지(13a)위에 커버(15)가 놓인 상태에서 그 외면부분의 전체적인 단면형상이 쐐기형을 이루도록 경사면(130,150)이 형성되며, 그 외부엔 평면상 2개의 반원형으로 형성되고 내면에 쐐기형의 홈(181)을 갖으면서 양단이 서로 면접되는 제2브래킷(182)을 갖는 반원커플링(18)이 구비되며 이 반원커� �링(18)들이 하나의 원을 이루도록 각각 볼트(19)로 체결됨을 특징으로 하는 와이형 스트레이너이다.
