Abstract: PURPOSE: An extracting apparatus for structure boundary and a method thereof are provided to reduce process times and costs, since load applied on a system is minimized by a process of extracting the outline of structure. CONSTITUTION: An extracting apparatus for structure boundary comprises a scanner unit(11), a first extracting unit(14), a second extracting unit(16), a third extracting unit(17), and a data reduction unit(15). The scanner unit transmits laser beam based on ground radar. The scanner unit receives the laser beam reflected from a structure(1). The first extracting unit extracts the candidate point of the structure using translation distance mean value and density value according to the distribution of point group data. The second extracting unit extracts the candidate point of the outline of the structure from the extracted candidate point of the structure based on the dot density. The third extracting unit extracts the actual outline from the extracted outline candidate point.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical scanner is provided to scan an object and collect data showing the shape of object by setting a scan area and scanning an object by setting an optical path changer on a same axis. CONSTITUTION: A vertical driver(300) controls a tilt angle of a measurement mode selector. A memory unit(400) stores an optical scan mode, an image data of an image sensor in a time measurement data and image acquisition mode. An image processor(500) indicates data which it is transmitted from the memory unit by image. A distance measuring unit(600) measures the distance of a target object received from time measurement memory unit. A CPU(Central Processing Unit)(700) transmits data processing command in the image processor and distance measuring part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring a distance are provided to correct a time error due to an electronic circuit inside a distance measurement unit by minimizing the delay influence of the electronic circuit comprising a transmitter and a receiver. CONSTITUTION: A distance calculation unit(100) measures a distance. A first transmitter(101) generates an optical signal according to a first start signal.
