Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing apparatus of a metal nanoparticle inside a solution is provided to improve the applied voltage of two electrodes by filing an insulator pellet-bed between a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus of a metal nanoparticle inside a solution comprises the following: an electrolytic tank(3) including an inlet and an outlet, to inflow and discharge the solution(4); a positive electrode plate(1) and a negative electrode plate(2) installed in the electrolytic tank, collecting metal particles by being electrolyzed; and an insulator pellet-bed(5) improving the electric resistance between the positive and negative electrode plates. A gap(8) is located among the insulator pellet-bed.
