Abstract:
PURPOSE: Environment-friendly paving member and method using overlay are provided to ensure antibacterial properties, abrasion resistance and high strength and prevent the increase in the surface temperature of a structure facility. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly paving member using overlay comprises a base layer, and a cover layer. The base layer is stacked on asphalt or concrete, which has been cured. The cover layer is stacked on the base layer after curing of the base layer. The base layer is formed in a manner a main material and curing agent are mixed by the weight ratio of 1:0.05~0.3. The main material comprises frame forming agent, functional additive comprising bactericides, and coupling activator. The curing agent comprises first curing agent, second curing agent, and diluent.

본 발명은 스텐실을 이용한 친환경 포장재 및 이를 이용한 포장 공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 아스팔트나 콘크리트 도로 상부에 신설되는 포장재의 노면습윤에 따른 미끄럼을 방지하고, 세균번식의 원천 봉쇄와 전염 확산을 원천적으로 차단하는 항균성을 증진하고, 속경성 상온 경화를 위하여 구현할 수 있는 변성아크릴수지에 골격을 형성하는 골재, 결합의 혼용성을 위한 결합활성제, 세균의 번식 억제를 위한 항균제, 적외선 복사열의 전달을 감축하는 태양광 차단기능제, 마찰력을 가지는 미끄럼방지골재 등의 기능성 첨가제를 추가로 갖는 스텐실을 이용한 친환경 포장재에 관련하여 항균성과 태양광 차단기능 및 미끄럼방지기능을 포함하는 스텐실을 이용한 친환경 포장재 및 이의 시공 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A water-retaining concrete composition is provided to improve repair capability of the inner part of concrete using a composite having an ionic bond of functional powder and slag which is coated with a water-swelling polymer and to enhance the strength and durability of the concrete. CONSTITUTION: A water-retaining concrete composition includes 38-50 weight% of thick aggregates, 25-35% of fine aggregates, 12-32 weight% of a cement binding material, 1-10 weight% of a composite having an ionic bond of functional powder and slag which is coated with a water-swelling polymer, 0.01-0.5 weight% of antifoaming agent, 0.005-1 weight% of superplasticizer, and 0.1-5 weight% of an inorganic pigment.

발명은 보도나 차도의 안전 사고 예방을 위한 그루빙 또는 옹벽 등의 콘크리트 토목구조물의 미관을 위해 스탬프방식으로 조형시키는 문양 성형장치를 제공함에 의해 달성되게 되는데, 이 문양 성형장치는 보도나 차도의 안전 사고 예방을 위한 그루빙 또는 옹벽 등의 콘크리트 토목구조물의 미관을 위해 스탬프방식으로 조형시키는 문양 성형장치로서, 주 문양을 갖는 본체 및 본체의 주 문양과 동일하나 상이한 문양을 가지며, 본체에 교체식으로 삽입 설치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 보조부를 포함하여서, 단일의 성형장치에서 교체식으로 문양을 다양하게 변화시키며 조형시킬 수 있게 된다.

A pattern forming device of a concrete structure, for grooving to prevent an accident on a sidewalk or a roadway or shaping in the stamp type to improve in appearance of a concrete structure such as a retaining wall, etc., comprises a main body(10) having a main pattern, and at least one or more auxiliary portions having various patterns and inserted to the main body in the replacement type to change the patterns.

PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly elastic paving material with heat insulation and slip prevention functions is provided to prevent the temperature rise of road surface and heat accumulated in the road. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly elastic paving material with heat insulation and slip prevention functions comprises a reinforcement layer, an elastic layer-A, and an environmental layer that are successively laminated on a road paved with concrete, ascon or permeable cement concrete. The reinforcement layer comprises skeleton former, a bonding activator, and a performance additive. The elastic layer-A is manufactured by mixing a main material and a hardener at a weight ratio of 1:0.05~0.3, where the main material comprises modified acrylic resin, a performance additive including elastic chip, and an admixture and the hardener comprises a hardening initiator, a hardening terminator, and a diluent. The environmental layer is manufactured by mixing a main material and a hardener at a weight ratio of 1:0.05~0.3, wherein the main material includes modified acrylic resin, a performance additive, and an admixture and the hardener comprises a hardening initiator, a hardening terminator, and a diluent.

PURPOSE: A stencil paving method being applied to a bicycle road is provided to be used for asphalt, concrete road or floor pavement because of excellent adhesive and a rapid curing time and maintain life without damage due to fatigue load and impact by pedestrian or vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A stencil paving method being applied to a bicycle road is as follows. The damaged parts of concrete or asphalt surface are corrected and pollution is removed. Swelling resin emulsion comprising antibacterial factors is stacked on the concrete or asphalt to form a reinforcing layer. A base layer is stacked on the reinforcing layer. A cover layer with antibacterial, solar protecting and slipping preventing functions is stacked on the base layer.

PURPOSE: An antibacterial agent containing Pt-Ag-CyD(Ag-swelling resin) nano alloy for paving is provided to basically block bacteria propagation and to enhance anti-corrosion and durability. CONSTITUTION: A Pt-Ag-CyD(Ag-swelling resin) antibacterial agent comprises: a core having nano alloy having platinum(Pt) and silver(Ag) in cyclodextrin(CyD); and a shell containing swelling resin and silver. The swelling resin is polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) or poly(n-vinylpyrrolidon)(PVP). The Pt-Ag-CyD(Ag-swelling resin) antibacterial agent is colloide or powder. A method for manufacturing the Pt-Ag-CyD(Ag-swelling resin) antibacterial agent comprise: a step of mixing platinum precursor, stabilizing agent, derivative solution, and silver precursor solution; a step of adding mixture solution and stirring; a step of adding organic solvent, stabilizer, and remover; a step of stabilizer and silver precursor solution, Pt-Ag-CyD nanoalloy, and dispersing agent; and a step of adding mixture solution.

CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly pavement material using stencil comprises a base layer and a cover layer. The base layer is laminated on the upper part of cured asphalt or concrete. The cover layer is laminated on the upper part after curing the base layer. The base layer is composed of composition manufactured by mixing main material and hardener. The cover layer is composed of modified acryl resin and performance additive.
