Abstract: The present invention relates to a functional wrapper and a manufacturing method thereof which are to maximally increase the content of a functional substance without an adverse effect causing the weight increment or the hardness reduction of the wrapper, and are to maximize an effect due to the functional substance by maximally widening the specific surface area of the functional substance exposed by a structural feature in which the most part of the functional substance is arranged to be exposed on the upper side of an adhesive layer. The functional wrapper according to the present invention comprises an inner paper, an outer paper, and a corrugated paper positioned between the inner and the outer paper and having a corrugated cross section, and further includes the adhesive layer formed by spreading an adhesive on one or both sides of the corrugated paper, wherein the adhesive layer has multiple functional substance grains positioned to be embedded in the outer surface thereof and having partially exposed surfaces. The manufacturing method of the functional wrapper according to the present invention comprises: an adhesive layer forming step of forming the adhesive layer on the surface of the corrugated paper by spraying the adhesive on one side of the corrugated paper of which the cross section is formed to be corrugated; and a functional substance spreading step of jetting the functional substance grains on the upper side of the adhesive layer using compressed air.

Abstract: A screen apparatus for restraining meshes from being blocked up is provided to prevent materials from stopping up sorting holes by vibrating a screen by installing the turning structure for receiving eccentric force generated by converting rotating power generated from an electric motor, between the screen and a structure. A screen apparatus(1) for restraining meshes from being blocked up is composed of: a supply unit(20) for continuously dropping materials to be sorted; a screen(30) vibrated by self-vibrating power generated by a self-vibrating unit or a self-vibrating structure to separate the materials poured by the supply unit, according to the grain size and to discharge the classified materials; and a discharge unit(40) for discharging the materials sorted through the screen. The supply unit, the screen, and the discharge unit are stacked at a structure(10) forming the frame. The edge of the screen is elastically suspended in the air by an extension spring(12). Accordingly, the screen is vibrated freely without the limit of the self-vibrating width, through the expansion and contraction length of the spring.

CONSTITUTION: A gas induction hole is formed in the upper portion of a plasma gun(100). A reaction chamber is formed in the lower portion of the plasma gun. The plasma gun forms Freon gas of a high temperature plasma state, and adds H2O to the Freon gas so that the H2O-added Freon gas is transformed into a CO2 and HF state. The processed gas is induced to a water solution chamber(200) through a connection pipe connected to the plasma gun. The water solution chamber uniformly sprays a cooling water solution on the entire space to process the gas from the plasma gun and halogen. A pumping unit(300) supplies water from a store tank to the water solution chamber, installed in the lower portion of the water solution chamber. A water solution chamber connection part is installed in the lower portion of an exhaust pipe(400). A dehumidifier is installed in the in the middle portion of the exhaust pipe. A gas exhaust hole is formed in the upper portion of the exhaust pipe. A bypass connection part is installed in a side of the gas exhaust hole. A bypass unit(500) is installed between the gas induction hole and the bypass connection part.
