    Abstract: PURPOSE: A detachable filter sterilizing apparatus is provided to facilitate the replacing process of a filter and to efficiently sterilize the filter based on ultraviolet rays without the damage of the filter. CONSTITUTION: A filter sterilizing apparatus(100) includes a controlling module, an ultraviolet lamp(108), and an ion generating needle(116). The controlling module, which is composed of a power supplying part(102), a timer(104), a stabilizer(106), and an ion generating unit, is located in the inner space of an air purifier and controls the supply of power, the irradiation time of the ultraviolet lamp, and the generation of ions. The ultraviolet lamp is installed at the lateral side of a front part case(120) and irradiates ultraviolet rays to the front part of a filter. The ion generating needle generates ions and electrically fixes bacteria to the filter.

    Abstract: An automatic moving system for waiting vehicles in the taxi stop is provided to allow the passenger and the driver to be safe, to reduce the energy and to prevent the environmental pollution. The automatic moving system for waiting vehicles in the taxi stop comprises a conveyor(100), a stopper, a vehicle detection sensor and a controller(20). The conveyor is arranged on the vehicles waiting line of the platform of the vehicles and includes a plurality of unit compartments(102) in which the vehicles enters and stops. The stopper is installed at the front of the respective unit compartment of the conveyor mechanism and prevents the advance of the vehicles. The vehicle detection sensor detects whether the vehicles was mounted in the unit compartment of the conveyor mechanism or not. The controller operates the conveyor mechanism and the stopper according to the detection signal of the vehicle detection sensor.

A manufacturing method of a high strength and high toughness bending mold with an internal force of 100 kgf/mm^2 comprises: a step of preparing a steel product for a bending mold; a step of performing carburization diffusion of the steel product in a carburizing atmosphere of 900 to 1,000 deg.C; a step of performing oil quenching of the carburization diffused steel product in a temperature range of 800 to 850 deg.C at a temperature of 60 to 80 deg.C; and a step of performing low temperature tempering of the oil quenched steel product at 150 to 200 deg.C. The manufacturing method further comprises: a step of tempering the oil quenched steel product at 120 deg.C after performing the oil quenching step; and a step of subzero treating the steel product temperature at 120 deg.C in a temperature range of -70 to -90 deg.C.
